We walked into the room, looked around and walked out. The bed looked clean, but everything else was filthy. The bedside lampshades were caked with dust and stained in sections. The room was very stinky. No amenities, not even a bar of soap. There was only wires where the smoke alarm was supposed to be. No way we're we staying in this room!

Had an alright time until my key card wouldn’t work and apparently couldn’t stay because my friend was 18 so we all got kicked out at 1 am. But they all checked our ID’s and said nothing before

They do not deserve any stars! I just had to put one so the review will be published. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE! Not unless you want them to steal your money. We had gotten a room and once we went in the room found out the toilet did not flush. I had walked to the front desk to let them know, so they could fix it or put us in a different room. It was around 230 am. The night clerk was sleeping and I had woke her up, then she proceeded to tell me that the toilet did flush. This is before she even went to look. Being that I was outside I was smoking a cigarette. She then proceeded to tell me that we had to leave because my boyfriend told her there was only one person staying in the room. He said he was not asked how many there were and he did not say. Then she said because I was smoking we had to leave. I was outside! No where near the inside of any room or any part of the building. I would have called the front desk, but the room did not have a phone. We weren’t even in the room 10 minutes. She kept telling us we had to leave. And when asked if she was gonna refund the money and why we had to leave when there was no good reason, she said she was going to call the law. I told her to because I was going to do the same. At this point I am tired and upset because she refused to refund the money. So a few words were exchanged. We hadn’t even sat down on the bed. The room was in same manner it was before we got there. Nothing touched except the toilet which wouldn’t flush. She made us leave and did not refund the money. This is very unprofessional. We had no clue why we had to leave. My guess is she was woke up and had to work. Idk. But with all this being said, I did speak with law enforcement and I will be pursuing this issue in court. They will steal your money. It’s not the cleanest place either. The service was beyond rude. I hope no one else has to experience what we did. I am also going to have them investigated. Something is not right. So please stay away from this place. As I read some of the reviews it makes me wonder how much they are paying people to lie and say this is a great place. They are probably using fake accounts to try and make them look good. But trust me when I say, there is nothing good about this place. I will get to the bottom of this. I am going to talk to an attorney on Monday. I feel they should refund the money and then be held responsible for the costs of the room we ended up getting after they made us leave for no reason. You can’t just steal peoples money and get away with it.

Never stay here again, reserved 2 rooms and both were horrible. First room had broken a/c, tv, and refrigerator. Filthy walls and manager accused my wife of moving a bed over when it was like that when we arrived. I told them room was unacceptable and manager had to come look for herself. She finally agreed to give us another room which was better except for the roaches. 2nd room had a broken toilet flush handle but was also roach inhabited. Towels were paper thin, no kleenex available, Old smell of vomit.|Not worth the money, had the reservation been refundable we would have left.

My boyfriend and I decided to get a room here last night. As soon as we walked into the room and cut the light on all we could see were roaches on the walls. I guess the woman in the office could see us from the cameras getting back into our vehicle and she walked out asking what's wrong. My bf said we're gonna speak to you in the office. She kept going on about it outside. We get into the office and the man kept saying no no no roaches. I said I will go back to the room and take photos and videos. He kept saying no and offering us another room. So my bf walked back to the room with the lady. He pointed out the roaches to her and she literally smacked them off the wall and said no roaches. The man in the office eventually admitted to knowing about the roaches. We got our money back but they are intentionally ignorant here.

The staff is completely rude.They completely lie about everything from the Start, the rooms are infested with bed bugs and they refuse to give a refund even after seeing everything.

Not again. No service. Sparse room. No amenities except TV. No ice machine. 'Nuff said. Not again.

Check in was easy, complimentary water, room was clean and towels were softer than expected. The real surprise was that it was quiet. I needed a cheap place to rest after a few days of traveling and they delivered. This is an older place and privately owned but they have made the effort
