Royal Inn - Motel in Ludowici - 13 E Cypress St, USA

I would give them a 0. DO NOT GO HERE!!! the staff are nice. But, you go there to rest not to make friends. Very dirty, not well, maintained. They are overcharging all their guest for how outdated and dirty it really is. If you end up staying a while, you pay a lot, but they stop giving you the essentials that most hotel/motels/extended stay offer daily. If you are staying for extended periods, you would be better off renting or finding an air bnb in ludowici and and yes, they have them here!

Positives: nice owner; the police only came once to arrest someone staying there.||Other: filthy--from top to bottom (bathroom, sheets, carpet . . .); others staying there were outside with massive boomboxes at all hours; felt like trucks were driving thru the middle of the room. "non smoking" room reeked of smoke||If zero or negative ratings were possible, I would give to this property

Holy moly. Scariest motel ever. There was a large bullet hole in the next door room window. We ended up not even going in the room. The clerk was nice, but the place was something else. The family slept in the car that night, just to be safer close to the Interstate =(

A great place to end up at! We broke down 2 miles away, ended up at the Royal Inn. I’m not sure what the man at the front desks name was, but he was so incredibly nice. Checked us into a room with our dog no problem around 11 at night. The next day we checked out at 11am but our camper still wasn’t fixed. He was so generous he let us plug in our camper to keep our fridge cold until 7:30 at night. The room was as clean as on older 2 star motel room is gonna get. I’m just so grateful for his help and generosity! Would totally recommend this place to anyone in a jam!

It was late at night, rain coming down in torrents and we were tired. (the next day was the devastating tornadoes in Ga). We stopped at the first place we came to. The Royal Inn wasn't so royal. It was clean and dry and that was about it. the manager was polite. There were no towels in the room - no amenities at all.

I wouldn't stay here if my life depended on it. The managers are racist, if I wasn't Strong in My Faith I would bring up charges on them for Racial Discrimination towards me. Not to mention their renting rooms out for Prostitutes to make money and renting rooms out that need work done on them, and allowing Drugs to be sold and Used here. If you have kids please I urge you not to bring them to this motel

Literally eaten by bedbugs i went to the ER the next day cause i got a real bad allergic reaction .I stood there one more night because it was already paid.Then my son woke up the next cover with hives due to stupid bugs. And yes we have proof

The manager or owner was a good saved. I was stranded in truck with two dogs and they kindly accoumadated me. I don't think they realize how much they help me.
