Royal Inn - Motel in Brunswick - 5252 New Jesup Hwy, USA

The WiFi does not work they rooms have bed bugs and roaches too it is very nasty they take your money and they don’t fix what is already broken and everytime you ask for something they ignore your request and there have been a problem where there were rats in someone’s room I think this facility should be shut down now.

The rooms are very spacious. The owner was very nice and very helpful. Great restaurants close by highly recommended! The air conditioning was the best part.

I don't understand how they can let some of the rooms get like they do when people stay Long -term. They should do a couple room inspections a week or something so they can see if the rooms are atleast half decent. After seeing the nastiness I seen I don't think I'll go there again.

The white lady who works front desk at the hotel with the long nails is very rude she don’t know how to talk to customers or the residents me and my family sat and watch how she talk to other People very very rude this is not a place I would recommend nobody to stay she has no respect and I will be passing this on to the travel website to warn people about the night shift lady

You have to know the place to appreciate it. I have stayed at the motel off and on over the course of three years. The place has come a very long way from what it used to be. Kenny, Jay, Mama and Papa have put a lot of work into it. Everyone here becomes like family and looks out for one another. Our attitudes depend on your attitude and respect. And be kind and courteous to your housekeeper. After all, even a toilet seat can only handle one @ssh0le at a time.

The front office staff is great. The wonderful lady at the front office, Mrs. Crystal, is the best. She helped me with everything I needed, and gave me great advice about the Brunswick area:).

It was pleasure staying at Royal inn Brunswick GA. The staff is absolutely amazing. The fact that they allowed my 3 dogs stay as well is amazing and for 3 weeks is something else. And if you do stay here ask for Kenny he's the best attendant. Everyone here is the best. I will be staying here again when I ever come back into town. Prices are great and customer service is 10/10.
