If I could give this place a 0 star I would. First of all the woman at the front desk acted like me and my husband were aliens, she was extremely rude and very nasty to us and refused to take our money or let us stay there even when a guy that was already staying there tried to get her to let us stay and the reason why ? Because we are an interracial couple That was the worst exprenice that I ever had . We lost our home after our moms passed away and didn't have anywhere to go and that was about 2 years ago. I do not recommend this place, in fact don't walk past this place, RUN! They are nasty scammers.
The man working the counter refused me a room. I recently had knee surgery and walk with the Ssistance of a because he didn't have walker for now. He told me to go to another hotel because the only rooms he had available were upstairs. Not to mention the website doesn't mention a $100 deposit
The reception attendant was behind glass the entire time. I had to yell through the slot that you pass things through. I went there in the morning, afternoon and evening and the door to the lobby was never unlocked. The facility and room were gross. Old, dirty. The pillows looked like they were a decade old. I didn't want to touch anything. If it wasn't the middle of the night and we hadn't driven 10 hrs already I wouldn't have stayed. We discussed sleeping in the car but we had already paid. Everything was old and broken. I did not feel safe or clean.
Paid under $70 including tax for room with queen sized bed, couch, flat screen TV, phone, clean carpet, good location, straight shooter husband and wife team that owns the hotel. Other guests are quiet. Area is safe. What more can a visitor ask for after visiting the competition and being held up by the ankles in various Rico schemes.
Way too hood you get robbed out there
This is literally the last time I ever listen to reviews on the internet. This hotel is absolutely not what I expected, no only is the first picture absolutely false but it is the fastest thing from the truth. Yes I know you get what you paid for yes I know at 55$ I can’t really complain but this place is pretty gross. It smells the carpet is nasty and the door apprears to have smeared dried blood on it.
Okay.... I don't want to be mean or rude - (lol) but whoever posted the photo for this place is really funny. I was looking online at some places to stay while traveling, as I am recording a new album. I immediately saw this one and almost fell in love until I took a closer look! The photos are nothing compared to the place - but you're not supposed to judge a book by its cover, right? The rates are affordable and I'm sure that maybe one day when I'm looking for something on the less expensive side, this may be where I have to go! I love hotels! I plan to own a franchise of them one day, so hopefully one day I can come in and meet the staff! Because that's what TRULY makes the Hotels anyway! #FromWayneWithLove❤️
If anyone is interested this hotel is approximately 15 miles off base. The pictures that are shown do not belong to this hotel. I booked 3 rooms they were dirty,mold in fridge,found cockroaches in one room and they stunk. When attempting to bring things to the attention of the front desk cleck the front doors were locked and she was laying on the couch watching TV....she stated there was nothing she could do.

Just an awesome little island just out from the Lake Murray Dam. Plenty of areas for fishing, camping, and exploring. You can catch beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise from the shores. You can also visit a cemetery on the island that dates back
The gym culture is amazing. Large and clean space makes you want to put in more work! Family friendly with detailed coaching.
Everybody is superfriendly and welcoming. I can't recommend it enough.
