Royal Inn Motel - Motel in Waynesboro - 2112 W Main St, USA

Made reservation online. Refused to provide the room when I tried to check in and refused to refund money for room. Beware! Don't do business with this place!

They are kicking me out because I flushed a flushable wipe down the toilet and it overflowed. It's also the most ghetto hotel I've ever been at. Shelves are broken, no closet pole. They gave me a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking. Holes in the wall. Horrible management. Smallest TV I've ever seen and it wouldn't even turn off. I had to ask and they gave me a separate remote for the TV... Weird stains on the wall. Housekeeping never came. Management thinks they're royalty. No shelving in the bathroom. 0 out of 10 would not ever recommend.

Well I stayed 6 days and on the 6th day I had a meeting around 10am butvin order to get there I had to leave around 8 am. I planed on paying for my room before I left but forgot. When i got back they told me I had to leave and could not pay to sta another night. Now mind u I has already given them $445.00 and had not been late. They were just continously rude and not friendly people. I will never stay there again. Rooms were subpar for 89.00. Had to leave bathroom light on 100% of the time. Due to short in the middle. Also won't go to Royal inn in staunton . I don't believe on lies

Too many cockroaches and in there for me to enjoy it plus it had blood on the pillow And The roaches was downright place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt

Not a bad place from my experience, friendly employee, room was clean for the most part, only missing new comforters and clean fridge. everything else was good. Def needs some upgrades minus the new flooring and for the price you pay it's worth it for somewhere to rest your head for the night or a few, didn't see any bugs.

If you want something that cozy and not expensive, this is the place. Two big beds is a bonus. The TV...I had to mess around with it to get the channels, but who comes here to watch TV though. What I like most about the room was the floors. I know right..the floors? Since it's cold out, heating the room.wasnt.a.problem, heater works. I say it's worth the price.

Rooms very cold, outdated beat up furniture, small TV, and has not been painted in years, very rough looking room. Should be cheaper.

Nice people but the lack of cleaning by employees is crazy! Had to clean my own room when renting it took a good 2 hours. Maybe my expectations are high but for 300 a week I should have been able to check in and set down.
