It's a good hotel overall if you're only staying for a night.It's pretty low budget. So don't. Get your hopes up the rooms are pretty clean.The bathroom was okay.There is parking in the service was minimal. Like a "No tell Motel"

Mixed reviews say pros and cons about this location. My stay which has been on more than one occasion has always been pleasant. The staff is nice and friendly. They have always delivered custom service to the best of their ability. The rooms may seem old school vibe but are clean and have no issues. The motel is kid safe but the location prompts it to be more for couples or a quick get away to recharge yourself from life.

Checking in, I was asked for a (surprise!) $20 cash deposit for the room key. Upon checking out, I returned my room key and the clerk then demanded I show ID. Since he already had the key, I refused. I had to raise my voice in anger to get my $20. Otherwise, the room was acceptable. I might even stay here again, given the convenient location.

Very sketchy rooms! The drawer in the picture had what looked like dry blood, the lamp shade also had questionable red stains. We were gonna use the microwave to cook the Maruchan that we had with us, but it was disgustingly dirty. Who knows when it was last cleaned. It definitely looks like the rooms aren’t checked well after a guest stays. The area is okay, but can be uncomfortable. If you have other options, explore those! We got the room in a rush and I hadn’t done my proper research, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed here. There’s a reason why it’s super cheap but non-refundable.

I had seen this place and the pictures it showed. I had a deluxe king room and it didn't look like the picture at all. The room had been remodeled and some what updated. The hotel is in an older area and had lots of noise from strange people on the street. Like most of California in that area, no one planned for parking. There are few parking spots and very tight. It was reasonably priced for the area.

Stayed in Room102 on July 24th 2023 for one day. We have a nice king bed room well maintained and clean. The bathroom looks very nice the sheets and towels were fresh and smells really good. It's guaranteed that you will have parking spot even late at night because of their policy of one car per room. Our 2nd time on this motel and we are very satisfied. Will surely book here again when we visit Long Beach again.

THE WORST motel we have ever stayed in! The room was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, cigarette burns in the comforters, stains all over the walls. Horrible place in town, very bad neighborhood. DO NOT stay here! Horrible customer service, the Guy running this can careless. It says no pets, but we saw little dogs walked by people that live there. The stairs to the second floor are not up to code, they wobble as you go up. Overall HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT fall for the Good reviews, all bots! I have to select a star, but this is a place where no stars should be selected.
