Royal Inn - Motel in Eugene - 1740 State Hwy 99 N, USA

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARRIVAL & CK-IN I arrived late after dark and the manager came out and opened the door for me before I could even get out of my car :) It was such a nice warm & professional welcome especially on a dark rainy night. Check in was quick and he made sure I knew exactly where my room was. ROOM Room is nicely renovated. New carpets, appliance, linens, AC/Heater and the room smelled fresh & clean upon entering. Very impressed and happy 😊 Will stay here again when taking an early morning flight out of Eugene Airport.

The room was very nice. Newly remodeled. But we show up to find out there's 100.00 cash deposit and you cancel unless you want to lose your money. Nowhere on their website says anything about a cash deposit. It really seemed like a scam. I through a fit and the next morning the gave me back the 100.00 without looking at the room. And that was the point of the deposit. Get a signature of the deposit and take plenty before and after pictures if you don't want to lose your 100.00. I'd recommend staying anywhere else. And you are not allowed visitors. Very strange.

I stayed here for a week.. Mike was the best. Always called me by my name and available whenever you needed something. Zero issues with the room. It was very clean and BED BUG free!!!!! Highly recommend:) And don’t forget to check out the bar/restaurant “Embers” across the street.

Brutal. It was a mistake booking here. They shouldn't charge more than $50/night, given how crappy it is. Their cleaning chemicals caused my eyes to burn and I had trouble breathing. I went to shower before bed and realized there was no hot water in the shower! (There was in the sink after I checked in, which is why I didn't move sooner.) So I had to move all my stuff to a new room, which took a while and I was very tired. I didn't sleep much because of road noise and the people beside me (the walls are thin). I tried to get half my money back, but the place is run by idiots who don't understand customer service. There are better places in Eugene, and which aren't overpriced!

We have a 7hr flight transfer window and booked this hotel close to the airport. Staff greeted us nicely late at night. The room was pretty clean with soft bed and basic amenities like A/C, microwave, fridge, soap and blowdryer equipped. We had a peaceful stay there.

This should be a 4-star hotel, so close to the airport! Great service. Beautiful remodel, beautiful room. Best price! Definitely a five-star google rating.

Very comfy, no frills, clean neat room. Good size fridge, not dinky one. Microwave, comfy firm bed, good nights rest & made the early a.m. flight from airport on time. Guy at desk was most helpful, courteous, friendly. Glad i found it. Will book again on another trip.

Easy check in staff friendly and polite recently refurbished and spacious room nice comfy bed clean sheets plenty of self parking not too much choice of eating nearby as quite industrial and no breakfast but as only stayed one night overall a good experience
