I stayed here during my travel to new york and it was very nice place with comfortable bed and friendly staff. it was good location with nearby food options. Rooms were clean and tidy. I see some review before i booked it and i was nervous to stay here but I guess they are improving. I would love to stay here again.
This hotel was very nice and clean, room amenity were great. hotel had plenty of dining choice around the hotel. its great choice for budget friendly choice of hotel. Great service experience while checking inn or out. I would love to stay here again.
Room was clean I am from out of town, and had to stay for business. Coming from California it was very different and visiting my mother who is sick. Needed a room to stay for the night 🌙 and the motel did the trick. Thank you guys
Had to catch too many rats. My fiance fell through the floor in room 148 and we asked for our money back causing the owner to ban us from coming back. Ther were wholes in the walls. Rooms smelled like mold. Bathroom walls were buckled. Water damage were also in room 148. Room 212 had a refrigerator with the freezer that had an ice freeze over. I couldn't put anything in that freezer. Room 121 had a hole in the bathroom wall and two tiles were missing on that tub wall where the faucet was. Do not go to Royal Inn in Lumberton.
Weekly rate was good but that's it. Roaches were so bad I had to leave the lights on all night to keep them at bay. This motel should be sold to someone else and either demolished or completely renovated. Don't recommend.
We are truckers so we are used to dirty rooms it was after midnight and we just picked them to go to sleep. However the room was extremely dirty food still in the sink. They have roaches and not to mention we laid down and mouse greeted us at the head of the bed by our pillows!!!! We travel a lot for work and it was by far the worse we have ever encountered. The place is falling apart. They don’t honor online booking or so they say so I had to pay for this disgusting room twice!!!
Disgusting towels in front of door. Roaches all over bed and floor. Ceiling caving in to allow more critters to fall on people during sleep. Stunk. Soda machine moldy. Dingy curtains and holes in the walls. Never made it passed there to bathroom and we left. Two teen girls were about to book. My boyfriend talked them out of it. Those that stay there are filthy and the workers are trash.
They should change their name to the Roach Inn. The belly-up roach that greeted me in the bathroom at least made me feel like I wasn't alone in the room. The brown-stained towels and walls could use some cleaning. I would have felt cleaner having slept in a tent outside of my hotel room. ||I wondered why they had a "night service window" just like a drive thru window at a fast food joint. That question was answered pretty quickly when I saw three crackheads walk up to the glass to try to negotiate a price for a room with the woman working there (one of them was holding a gun in his jacket).||On a positive note, I'm big on experiences, and of all the places I've visited and slept in, this now sets the standard of the filth and discomfort. At least I could say that there wasn't a leak in the roof (there was a hurricane while we were staying there), and now I can tell a story of my night in the Roach Inn!
I absolutely loved dining here! I really wish we had a place like this back home. The food was very good while being reasonably priced. But my favorite part was the environment. The decor is very eclectic and homey which i enjoyed a lot. They have pa

A fun place to find unique vintage items or simply just peruse to pass the time! I know a lot of people are very into vintage Pyrex and this warehouse is a goldmine for it, and at reasonable prices too! The cashiers were kind and a joy to talk to!
Handsdown best deserts in town. The croissants and 15 layer chocolate cake are amazing. They also have a great breakfast selection include the old country staple liver pudding. I just wished they stayed open longer instead of closing at 4pm everyday
My first time visiting Jay's Country Kitchen, and I was EXTREMELY pleased. The waitress, Liz, was SO nice and VERY efficient! Even though they were steadily busy, our orders came out quickly. Eggs, bacon, 2 omelettes, pancakes, grits, toast (no biscu
We came in this evening and enjoyed the complimentary hush puppies, we tried the oyster stew, clam chowder, and seafood gumbo. We then ordered the deluxe broiled platter, which was perfectly prepared, and the small fried platter, which was deliciou
