Customer service was poor when I complained about a problem. I was told because I stayed the entirety of the night, nothing could be done. No compassion for the misery of not being able to sleep, no recommended accommodations. I typically never have a reaction to hotel sheets, but I woke up in the middle of the night scratching myself till I bled. I know it was the sheets because the irritation was only on the side I laid on with bare skin. I took pictures of the lesions on my skin, and the two bugs I found in the room, and when I showed the employee, he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”. Compassion and SOME kind of accommodation goes a long way.
Place has bugs dirty sheets and i found a crack pipe in the room also had a door that was extremely hard to open and close and mold on walls and water stains on cielings very dirty not worth the rate it should be worth 50 a night
Very fifty. If your the type with every noise you hear and have to look out the window don't stay here. The parking lot is dark. Cars were parked closed together for a reason. The rooms need serious updating. It's musty, mold spores, holes in the wall, rusty pipes. The sink leaked all night so I had to wrap it with a wash cloth. Owners should make more investments in their property or sell it.
Nice rooms clean an very nice owner's. This weekend had a concert in town an prices were crazy 300 to 500 a nite came here an I paid 143.00 I was so pleased with the room im definitely coming back.
Let me start by thanking B my cute nickname for her, With my crazy hours i tend to.show up there late at night early morning, Being so late at night or early mornings seems like i woke her up the 3 nights i stayed there.
