Dirty. The sheets were not clean (hair grease grease and hair on pillow and sheets). There was an odd smell in the room, that wasn3coming fro.the car air freshener we found. There were also some dead bugs in the windows and bathtub. We got our money back and went elsewhere.
This is not pet friendly even though it says that it is please don't waste your time if you have pets 🐶
People working there are very rude like they hate their job we'll find another one you like I've never seen the workers smile
Price as advertised. Check in was done through glass, you aren't allowed in the lobby. The rooms aren't cleaned daily. The room was ok, bedding was clean. The lights did not work in the bathroom area. We figured out the GFCI outlet was tripped. The lighting was still bad, dim the extra bright then strobing. When we entered the room, it was stifling. The air conditioner was not turned on when the outside temp was in the 90s. Continental breakfast was advertised but non existent. The employee cited COVID restrictions for the closed lobby and lack of breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.
Very Professional and Protective... FAMILY VINTAGE Style....QT BEING RENOVATED in front but busses are OUT So timing slow... great location! Privacy ✨. I know they look OUT 4 ME...locals unity!
Nice place for the price. Management has changed so it's not as good as it used to be but they are still ok
Website said per friendly but is not. Carpet feels wet. They would only let us have one pillow. And they wouldn't refund my money cause I had a dog. Side table has no bottom and their is no coffee maker. I found spiders in the bathroom and the bathroom floor stayed wet. I will never stay here ever again
So here's a post-covid review of the Royal Inn. Room was adequate, nothing extravagant. Check in was in the foyer, not allowed access to the lobby itself. This meant no breakfast whatsoever even though it's mentioned in the listing. The hotel wasn't close to any restaurants that I could see (saw them further down toward the interstate when I was leaving the next day.) It was ok to spend one night but I wouldn't make it a destination accommodation.
