please do not book here, i wanted to have a surprise room for my boyfriends birthday, and we found bed bugs and roaches in the bed, toilet, shower etc.. not to mention we got the jacuzzi room and there were roaches spraying out of the jets and in the drain crawling up my leg. the room was not cleaned before we got there and we didn’t feel safe at ALL in the location. on the way to the office to give my key card to ask for a refund i was stopped by a man that followed me down the hotel asking for a weed plug. (i’m a 18 year old) and the lady at the reception raised her voice saying she’s not giving me my money back. we did not stay at this establishment, it was very disappointing and absolutely disgusting. please do not waste your money.

The room was disgusting, she wouldn’t get someone to clean it.The was holes in the wall and stains on the sheets and holes in the blankets. The toilet had feces on it, the room smelt heavily of cigarettes when they are supposed to be non smoking. The microwave had food stains and the fridge smelt bad.

The whole place smelt like cigarettes the floors are nast we informed them we have a dog and they didn't charge us until the next morning the guy got pissy and said he was charging us for having a pet. Not our fault the other guy didn't charge us.

Visited a friend staying here. Visual outside view, terrible!! Inside the room was dirty, filthy, run down, outdated, beds look like someone was murdered on them. Smell in the room old and rancid, no trash can inside room. Broken mirror to look at yourself, wow!!! Not worth what was paid. Has the honest value of $20 a night and that's generous!!!

During booking I was completely unable to reach the hotel directly, which I needed to do regarding a question of late check in (their instructions specifically). Their phone system does not work. Then I was unable to confirm cancelation.

I just arrived at a jazzuci sweet that I booked online. Upon arriving I had to pay a $25 deposit. Went into room all the cords were cut. Brilliant that people use to smoke Crack was in top drawer. In front of main office door a syringe cap was on ground.

The room had NOT been cleaned, only one entrance can be used. We reserved and paid for a smoking room on ground floor a week in advance only to be told they rented out all rooms on ground floor. If I could give negative stars it would be 5 negative stars

My mom came in to town to visit with family for the weekend. The 2nd night my husband and I tried getting a room so we were closer for convenience. Upon walking in, the lady told us she had one room left. After taking my money and my ID, then wasting my time with questions for 10 minutes…she tells me she actually doesn’t have anything available. Okay whatever, no big deal considering I could just go home. We went out afterwards and I realized she hadn’t given me my ID back, only the money. The next day I went up to the office to ask about my missing ID. This lady starts pulling out other guests ID cards asking if they were mine (even the ones that were clearly male guests) until she found mine. Then my mom needed more clean towels for her room (her and her friend are both disabled so I went to get the towels for them) and the lady at the front was acting incredibly rude after asking what room. She said “you’re not staying here” and when I tried explaining it was for my mothers room she started going “no no no” and told me I had to make one of them get up in the cold to walk down to the office. The towels are terrible quality and stained anyways, not sure what the trouble was. Place was nice years ago, not sure what happened. Very not friendly. Keep your family away from here. 🤮
