Royal Inn & Suites - Motel in Burlington - 2412 Maple Ave, USA

This inn is an absolute pig sty. I got a two bed room on Friday night July 28th. Firstly it cost me 90$ which was WAY TOO MUCH for a room of that quality. First you had to literally climb over the second bed to get into the bathroom. Then after being there for an hour I had to use the restroom well after handling business I flush as most humans do when to my horror literal FECAL MATTER started to ERUPT OUT OF THE SINK SPRAYING all over the bathroom. Thankfully I was unscathed. I promptly went to the front desk office and informed them that i needed a new room and informed them why the stated no no room for me because I had already been there an hour or more and how did they know I did t do it 💀😠😡💩 as if lol. And stated there were no other rooms available. So u wither can keep that room or they would give me half of my money back. So of course that's not gonna fly hell naw your gonna issue a full refund I'm not staying in a room that is spraying around fecal matter. Their repsonse they called the cops on me for being a nor.al customer and for that matter a human who complained about the state of the room they had just paid almost 100$ for. Now if it wasn't obvious from jump that this was a place only needle junkies and fentanyl ferret stayed in it was obvious now because it's so true the only kind of people who wouldn't complain about that kind of malfunction in their room in the end they ended up they did end up giving me all the $15 of my money back because of course I'm not going to allow them to screw me over like that they have tried to refuse me entering onto the property as I will try to go back up there the next day to return some belongings to a friend of mine but they again to call the cops and I don't want to deal with the cops so no matter what the cartoon side with that of the business owner and their right to refuse service to anyone that they want to that being said I would not advise anyone to stay there you will more than likely be in a constant state of flux and feeling that you are in danger and quite honestly probably are or will be and at any assistance that place would probably go out like a book of matches there's no telling what else is wrong with it

Room smelled awful and I was concerned with possible bed bags. I ended up sleeping in car. Disgusting 🤢

They have roaches in the rooms & you have to use two remotes to work the television. I had to get a refund which I only got back for one night & me & my man left the same night. They staff were looking stupid asf!

Rooms weren't bad just old. Staff and housekeeping was nice and the biggest perk of this motel is it's location. Seen a few roaches in the bathroom but if your use to city living that is not a problem. Overall not bad.

While I don't care much for the hiked up prices on these rooms lately, I do enjoy staying when I do come here. I appreciate the renovations done on them and while there's still work to be done, the employees have never been less than acommodating and I can't say I've had any problem or issues during my stays. It's normally a vacancy when you're in need of a room and privacy is always respected. I'd recommend anyone to stay if they're looking for some place modest and convenient.

If random small roaches don't bother you, the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the pillows so soft. I've stayed many many nights at different dates and I never leave thinking "never again". A little pricy at $66 a night but I've stayed at more expensive and totally regretted it. Comfortable basic and quiet.

If you are staying a short stay it's not too bad. Longer staying customers can't get regular service such as towels and sheets as they *run out*. If you enjoy living with your in-laws then you will have fewer problems. Prices are inconsistent. Ceilings leak floors smell of mildew. It's a Indian family run business. No regular maintenance. Cheap and greedy and good luck with the ice machine. One tries to resell items left in other rooms after check out. It's becoming a addict magnet. If you have a long stay the junkies get treated better than you will be treated.

The staff is rude ..we asked for towels and they infirmed us that they were busy (cleaning empty rooms and watering the dead flowers). They came to clean the room on our 6th day early morning we said we were still sleeping and the manager called to argue with us about changing the sheets? The rooms are tiny, there are roaches and everything is old. The attitude is the worst part...if you don't like people don't work in the hospitality industry
