Royal Inn - Motel in Bellmead - 1405 New Dallas Hwy, USA

Very sketchy place. I went asking how much for a weekly rate. Man responds with $250. I told him I have two service dogs and he immediately refused service. I told him that by law he can't refuse service dogs and he said yes he can. Then shoo'd me away saying leave before I have you trespassed.

They assigned me room 105, the front door was in need of repair and the deadbolt lock would not lock from the outside. They claimed there were no other rooms available so I was stuck with that one. During my stay someone broke into my room and stole my cellphone, wallet and 3 month old puppy while I was at work. Management refused to assist police in the investigation or accept any type of accountability for my door being easily accessible and a safety hazard.

These people with bad reviews are crazy these people are honest hard working folks who try to take care of their property and make staying here as please t as they can they have rules but if you aint trashy and trying to raise hell and party then you wont even notice they are needed rules i am grateful that they handle the fools that try to stay here. The rooms are by far the best ones for all the ones in the area and best price. I have stayed at others that are way way more exspensive that really trashy and the owners couldnt care less.

These people do not even deserve a rating! This motel is discusting beyond no end. Bed bugs, rats, roaches ect. Do not stay here or you will do nothing but loose money. They don't even clean the rooms when people leave they make them do it. What does that tell you? This place needs remodeling so bad that u can smell the mold when u walk in your room. I suggeste that if your going to stay some where cheap this is not the place.

If there was a negative star it would get one. $290 for a weekly rate but roaches out the wazoo. I mean the roaches would just wait at your feet for u 2 drop a piece of food like a dog. Lol not really but they did crawl on the bed at night.

Im very happy to be here thank you. - notes- no pets, some a couple electrical outlets are off but not needed. Comes with cable an phone kitchenette available option. Unavoidable and minimal pests. Adaquate accomadations. Best pricing that includes kitchenette. Weekly rates no monthy.

This motel is decent for the price. It's ok if you need a room at the last minute. I've had to stay there many times. I keep going back because of the proximity to stores and places to eat.

Husband and I arrived on the 30th of april and paid for 2 weeks..well this morning of the 13th while my husband was at work they came and threw me out..was incredibly rude and mean..after husband leaves work because I called him crying ..they admitted they made a mistake..after me and all our things were outside the door!! I'm contacting an attorney..this is unacceptable and I will have something done about it!
