Ok place if u only there a fee days

Nice rooms & service is nice but a little expensive for just a few hours. Bad location because Roseland is a very bad neighborhood.

Decent for the price. Never had a problem with customer service. Nice that they offer a 4 hour or 10 hour option as well as overnight. Been here multiple times no problems so far.

I shouldn't give them no star because the ppl who say they are clean must be paid to say it... BED BUGS!! DARK AND ERIE ROOMS OLD FASIONED TVs😂🤣 No WiFi BAD, JUST BAD. Never go there, I promise you. Only good thing was the lady at the service window.

The room should be a little bit better a little while or dust was on the floor it really was like collecting dust the room was not really up kept.

Bed bugs and very lacked with one cleaning lady. Being abused. Much on call work but, the lack of respect for a person who only know the streets! She needs help and training to supersede. Appearances, take pride in working rather than stealing, a hand ☝.

The location is on the further south side of Chicago. Room was dark and depressing and small. There were homeless people walking all through and police everywhere. I gave 5 stars for the customer service. Hotel clerk was nice.

I just wish they had weekly rates they high 74 but i guess microwave and fig would have been nice for that price but clean rooms so far they do got roaches
