Royal Canadian Motel - Motel in Wildwood - 3300 Atlantic Ave, USA

I have been visiting since I was a kid with my sister and parents. Now I bring my children every year and they love it. We visit every year 3 generations worth of family and love it. It’s a convenient location just a half block from the boardwalk. The pub across the street has great food and drinks. The motel rooms are spacious and the pool is heated and large. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great location, great staff, clean pool, multiple really nice grills you can use and an excellent ice machine to cool down your beverages. Stayed in room 322 and it was completely renovated other than the bathroom. I love the old school feel of Wildwood motels. Will definitely be staying next year. Already booked.

Thank you to the whole entire staff! we have been coming to Royal Canadian Motel for the last 13 years and we always have an amazing experience. Yes it's pricey but, The housekeepers keep the rooms clean and are at your services all the time! It's literally walking distance to the poor walk The pool is baby friendly they have grills, washer, dryer, Ice mechine etc! the staff is Amazing! the front desk is Gr8! They can fix a few things nothing major... Overall Thank you for always treating me and my family as family we hope to see you guys again next year we highly recommend!!

It was our second year in a row at RCM and no REGRETS (we booked 8 rooms). The family rooms with kitchen were all renovated (new beds, furniture and new flooring). Beds are very confortable. Staff super nice, motel super clean and we would go again next year. I definately recommend this motel, also location is great!

I stayed here for my birthday (8-1-24 to 8-6-24) it was my first time coming here And it was a great experience overall. My kids were safe in the pool and went mostly everyday. I liked our room well cleaned and maintained. I will be back next year.

We booked a handicapped room with a roll in shower. My husband is very immobile. Unfortunately, the handicapped room was literally the furthest room from the handicapped ramp near the office. Plus it was on the 2nd floor. So we needed to take an elevator with a large scooter everytime we needed to come and go. The shower was a step in shower. Not a roll in. And the toilet was NOT handicapped accesible (no grab bars and it wasn't really "chair height" like a handicapped toilet should be. The room was clean but dark as it was tucked into a corner under shade. But it was quiet in the room. the Pool was overrun most days with lots of kids jumping in etc and the bbq's were overloading with people waiting to use. There was a party one night that monopolized one of the decks and bbq area. It was a Tuesday. Not terribly a biggie for us as we were only staying there because our family home was crowded and we needed the handicapped room. We made it work but for the price, I won't stay there again. Note to the hotel: Fully Handicapped rooms should be closer to the ramps and preferably on the first floor. God forbid an emergency, my husband would never get down the elevator and he cannot do steps. The staff at the front desk was so nice. And, the staff really seemed to keep the hotel, the pool, and the bbqs very clean. I did not like the ice machine. It was just a large machine everyone could reach right in. Not very hygenic if you ask me. An ice Dispenser would be better.

Amazing place, super clean rooms, the staff is super efficient. I think it’s the place to stay in Wildwood. It is very near the beach and anything you need to have a good time. You can walk to anywhere from there. The rooms have all the equipment to avoid eating out every meal: full fridge, full oven, etc.

A group of 20 rooms, are usually booked, at the same time, every year, between late June and early July. This hotel is perfect! The hotel staff are friendly and available 24 hours. It has the ideal location which is 1 long block from the boardwalk; has a large, heated swimming pool; has a multitude of grills, for grilling anything outside; the rooms are spacious and are being renovated; those rooms which have a kitchen are ideal: and has seating right outside the room doors, for sitting and having morning coffee.
