Just thought I would chime in. We have been here yearly for the last ten years. We love it. Older motel but very CLEAN. Cleaning lady is FANTASTIC as is Tony. Good price and so close to everything. Thank you so much.
Stayed in room 7 and was pleasantly surprised this hotel is clean and really cute. It looks like it was recently updated or remodeled because a lot of stuff looks new! We walked by on a whim needing a room for a Saturday night so I could take my parents to the airport really in the morning. Showed up at 5:30pm and they were able to get us a room with the best prices in downtown. The pool is clean and was great at the end of the day walking the beach. Would absolutely stay here again and probably will!
Very clean, nice looking rooms, and it’s literally so close to the Main Street stores and beach that you can walk just about anywhere. The staff and other people staying at the hotel were all good people. Will return here if I come back to Clearwater again
We encountered this motel by accident we were on a road trip to Clearwater and decided to stay for 2 days. They had rooms available so we stayed. Little did we know we will end up loving this place. Is not a resort and the rooms are a little dated but for the price is AMAZING! The location is great(steps from the beach) and even though the rooms are a little dated everything is super clean! We really wanted to come back on 2020 but we adopted a small dog and unfortunately they are not pet friendly. It was a bummer knowing we were not coming back on 2020 otherwise I recommend! Affordable, clean and close to the beach, restaurants and stores!
Adorable motel. Rooms are like small apartments. Very clean. Not over priced. Friendly owner. Didn't have to wait until 3 or 4 to check in. Checked us in at 10:30 am! We will be staying here every visit. Wish we had found it sooner.
VERY CLEAN! Quiet area, great rooms. Like having your own little apartment. Literally cross the street and a few hundred feet you're at the beach. Close walk to all the stores and Pier 60. Rates are very good compared to other hotels in the area and you're getting alot for your money at this hotel. Check in was a breeze and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely make this my hotel if choice next time I come to Clearwater Beach.
This place is spectacular if you're looking for a cheaper hotel close to the beach. The rooms are clean and well-kept but obviously nothing high-end. Same goes for the pool, the common areas, the TVs, etc. It's just a really solid, lower-budget-friendly place - and the owners are great people. My family has been staying at this hotel most years for spring break time for the last like 10 years and I've never heard anything but good things out of their mouths about their experiences here. I've actually only stayed here myself two times, but I felt the same way during both of my stays. It's like a couple blocks off the beach if memory serves, but really the location here is convenient walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, shops, bars, and of course the beach itself. Also, there's a weird little "pirate bar" basically next door, can't remember the name at the moment, but yarrgh it's a real dope little spot to go walk the plank with your mates.
The Motel is a Family owned Business since 1980 . We have been staying here since 1990. We started with coming for Spring Breaks and now stay 3 months in our Retirement. We Arrived this year on Jan 3rd. It is all about location. We are able to walk to just about everything we want to do. Currently there are 6 single women staying here because they feel safe. We have dead bolt locks on the the doors not obsolete chains. Mr.Tony as my granddaughters call the owner always knocks on our doors even when delivering our mail. Our rooms are very clean. Even the Bed Spreads are washed after a room is vacated not so even in a 5 Star Hotel. If you want a touch of the old Florida and memories this is the place.
The staff make the 4.5 a 5! Itâs a great spot close to restaurants and the beach. Bed, pullout couch, and futon were all comfortable. Kitchenette had enough supplies to make do, and the living space was enough for four people. We had a couple small
These apartments are fantastic! Right on the water, close to the trolley, and everything, including the pool is spotless! They are obviously older units, but they have been decorated beachy, and when you come from the North East, where everything is
Booked an overnight stay ahead of a concert at The Sound at Coachman Park. Tropical Inn & Suites is a little over a mile away, and if the weather is right (and it was) it's a wonderful walk to the venue and back. The hotel has a great sitting area
Love this place. I do believe this is the best coffee I have ever had...fresh, tasty and very smooth. The service was excellent and I love the decor. A vintage vibe but new and clean. I would recommend this place and I plan to go back. Also...they pl

I get online training from MOVE and Coach Jason -- frankly, it's incredible. The attention to detail, the adaptability of the programming, and the ability to push my limits without risking injury is absolutely impressive. I've done things I didn't th
