The room you get as an RCI member is a dump. Moldy, dirty and damaged as evidenced by the photos. That’s why there are no photos posted on their website of the timeshare units. We should had heeded the advice of other reviews. We were so hesitant about the room we were getting that after several attempts we finally got in touch with someone from the front office who was very vague when answering my questions…red flag right there. ||Upon arrival, the smell of mold and urine in the room was overwhelming. By the time we actually checked everything over the office had conveniently closed and then was closed on Sunday of course.||Saturday night we attempted to sleep but my son was complaining that he was having issues breathing from the smell. And the bugs flying around the unit were coming out of the woodworks. ||My husband decided Sunday morning that for our sanity and the safety of our child to relocate nearby. What a difference. I would suggest staying elsewhere otherwise you may make the same mistake we did. Luckily we were finally able to enjoy our trip after leaving The “RBC” as they call it. ||If you want any further info on our disaster please feel free to contact me.

The location of this place couldn’t be better—it’s about a 3-4 minute walk to Times Square and virtually right across the street from handy 7-Eleven. There’s only one condo set closer to the Square. We stayed in 109, one of only three 3 bedroom condos that view the beach (the rest are pool view). Another prime location point, as you can watch the sunset right off the balcony. We previously stayed in 110 next door a few months ago, and 109 is much, much nicer. The pool area is great—very clean and wonderful to have given the immense Florida heat. We also used the shuffle board a few times, which was so fun! The only con of the place are the front desk staff. Not friendly at all, either time we’ve stayed here. Like they’re inconvenienced and annoyed. This time around, we walked downstairs in the condo and a maintenance man was in the living room with light fixtures to replace. It was odd, but no biggie at that time, as he was friendly and showed us his list of fixes. But about an hour or two later after being at the pool, we walked back in to find 2 different men who were about to head out that said “you’re all set”. Im sure I looked puzzled, as he then said “oh, we’re the electricians, by the way”. Shortly after, we headed to the front desk to ask why we weren’t warned that random men would be entering our unit during the stay, and we were told “oh, I thought you were notified”. Not sure who she thought was supposed to notify us if it wasn’t her. Otherwise, great place and will definitely stay here again.

Just 3 months ago my family had a vacation here, and according to photos I have seen coming from Fort Myers Beach after Hurricane Ian, it does appear that the entire building has been washed away. I really hope they can rebuild, it was such a great place to stay in such a beautiful town right on the beach.

Unfortunately this resort has been destroyed by hurricane Ian and will have to be rebuilt. But I enjoyed my 3 days there before I had to evacuate. Once rebuilt this will once again be a great place to stay.

Good location, couldn't have been better. Quick efficient check in and out, very good instructions, very well stocked kitchen for home cooking needs. Air conditioner was the only not up to standard we had during our visit. We kept all doors & windows closed but in the heat of a summer day on the 2nd floor it just could not keep up. Thank goodness there are overhead fans in each room, and I brought my own small fan with me and my handy extension cord. Most days we were out of the room anyway. This is a great resort if you are planning on being out and about as we always are, not luxury, comfortable and kid friendly.

My husband and I rented this place last minute—we could only get a 3 bedroom townhouse. I’m so glad that was what was available, because we’re right on the beach. Our balcony had a beautiful view of sunsets and the pier. I think the 3 bedroom townhomes are the only ones that are overlooking the beach—the rest are pool view (which was rather busy every day). The view and location are amazing. Literally only a few minutes walk to Times Square. The place itself is quite outdated by a good 10-15 years. The walls are dirty and it’s definitely not got a luxury feel. But who comes here for the rooms? It’s 3 stories—lots of stairs. The bedrooms are on the second and third stories, lots of stairs. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Bring your own toiletries—all they provide is cheap bar soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. Also bring your own beach towels. It’s a great place to stay on FMB if you’re looking to save some money from higher end places that are further away from the fun. Whoever I talked to on the phone to book the place was very friendly but the front desk woman was definitely not, but it didn’t really matter. They have you wash their bath towels and take off the bed linens before you go, which we didn’t mind either. I would totally stay here again!

Nice, relaxing place. Not too many people like at a big resort, and the pool is even empty at times. The room (103) was very clean and updated, 2 beds and 2 baths, and all the amenities, including having a washer and dryer, made it a much more relaxed and convenient stay. The staff was all very friendly!

This was my 4th year of staying at the resort. The staff is great, the location is great, but i really think the age of the property is really taken its toll. The owners need to all pitch in and get and "extreme home makeover". The entire outside needs to be cleaned up, fixed up and modernized. Not only that, the interiors also need a full clean up and makeover to the small details. I stayed next door for 1 day at the end of my stay this year and if you go over there and take a look at their rooms, you'll know exactly what I mean. They're beautiful, clean, use upgraded materials (decor, bedding, tissue paper, TV, etc.), think of all of the small details, etc.

It's great. Nice staff but we had our chairs taken out from under us before dusk so they could lock them up. We had to sit on the sand for over an hour and a half and wait to watch the sunset.
