Royal Arms Motel - Motel in Pensacola - 3730 Mobile Hwy #6123, USA

I recently paid for a young lady who just got out of the hospital from having surgery thank God the hospital allowed her kids to stay with her. She’s been homeless due to a housefire just a number of things but nobody there for her. I met her through my daughter my daughter helps, and she’s actually a client of my daughters, who my daughter happened to see on her way to work one day standing on the street corner with her babies very heartbreaking. It’s Sad & Pathetic Pensacola has very next to no help for homeless mothers&”children like should be. Smh. Neither here nor there the reason I’m writing this is I am Appalled this NASTY hotel trap charged her $100 made her think the rooms were Halfway decent at the very least With just minor problems. Deceitful is the only word I could think of this business that’s all the money she scraped up/had, she had to lay her babies heads in this filth. This place should be closed down I don’t care how historical they are. They are trashy nasty. I’m going to do everything I can to ensure The whole world knows about this place and how they take advantage of people down and people it’s not right where is city council? Where is the health department? Why isn’t that? No one is doing their jobs to allow this place to stay open.

Now this place has got a lot of history it goes way back but the most I like about it was the management owner part owner she's a real sweet Asian lady that's got her hands full raising a child and managing a hotel going to school but she'll try to do whatever she can to accommodate you and like I said you got to care about history to care about the Royal arms and the cuddy Shack is right across the street now that is history

NEVER STAY HERE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. ROACHES AND RATS EVERYWHERE. NOT INCLUDING THE BUGS. ;)

Just awful they raise your room rate everyday it go up 5$ everyday rooms are in terrible condition someone should call code enforcement

My boyfriend lives nearby. When I go visit him, there's always bad company afoot. I wouldn't recommend for a family stay.
