Royal 8 Motel - Motel in Sacramento - 6448 Stockton Blvd, USA

Very unkept place. One room without working AC unit, the other ac works ,no door henge. Front door unstable,lock re worked improperly. Hard wood floors have cracks and un even floor boards through the rooms and bathrooms. Floor felt unsafe to walk in at times. Crockroaches came inside! The place needs revamping and fixing up. They are overcharging for rooms that are not safe or not in adequate working condition. Very rude man of the wife who pretend to own a 5 star hotel that is 1 star . If they had insurance and paid premiums you'd think about fixing up the place and then charge for revamp.

DISGUSTING. HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE! We had to find a place to stay last minute. When we were getting ready for bed, I felt something crawl on me. I grabbed it and it was a bug. As we turned the lights on, we saw that there were multiple bugs crawling everywhere. I squished one and there was blood. I went to go notify the front desk to have him go take a look at the bugs, he told me that it was late and to not bother them as they needed to sleep. I told him we weren’t able to stay there due to the bugs any longer and asked for a refund. He refused. This was a very bad experience and very unsanitary.

They accomodate families.No wifi though.

First of all the youngest daughter whoever SHE IS IS SOOOOOOOOO RUDE! SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE WHEN THEY DONT CLEAN OR OBVIOUSLY TAKE CARE OF THE HYGRIENE OR RODENTS ON PROPERTY. YOU can't tell if she drove from like full summer really nice rich area from the money she makes up the hotel to the slums and treat people of another race even though she is Middle Eastern descendant and think she's better than somebody when she's from a third world country okay then she says oh they cant accept vouchers now.. I was having a hard time between housing me and my children needed somewhere to go ON CHRISTMAS!!! and she HAD NERVE to tell me no and I was like there are 17 open rooms what do you mean now you mean you're too fat and lazy to clean them???? She needs to park her car somewhere else with that attitude because i was very polite and walked away hotter than a bbq pit! THEY DONT TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIDDLE EAST???????? AMERICA 🇺🇸 AINT WIT THAT.UGLY PINK HOTEL TRASH PIT

Clean, very quiet, the kitchenette was nice

Really nasty in this freaking motel it's the nastiest thing ever looks like blood stains all over the floor, the bathroom is small disgusting doors broken, you can tell it doesn't get cleaned the windows have holes with tape covering them lol so ghetto and this room is 80 bucks save yourself don't ever stay here go spend your money at motel 6 she don't do refunds if you don't believe this post ask to see the room before you buy. Signed a pissed off customer.🙊🙊🙈

I cannot believe how dirty the rooms were and it's infested with roaches . When I went to exchange my towels I was told it's too late I have to do it.at 8am with and stride
