Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute dream! The amenities are top-notch, with a pool, fitness center, tennis court, and basketball court all right at my fingertips and I can't forget the awesome dog park. The grounds are beautifully maintained, making it a joy to take walks and enjoy the scenery. The maintenance crew is always quick and efficient, and the office staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Who would have thought that securing an apartment when you are literally 8000 miles away would be a an easy process with Roxalana Apartments? I am from the Philippines before I lived in Roxalana. I had no friends/relatives to help me find a home near my workplace so I searched in Google what apartment would be suited for me. Fortunately, Roxalana Apartments was the ONLY result from the search engine from all the filters I made and it was the only apartment that allowed dogs since I also brought my dogs with me as well. At first I was scared to reach out to them because I thought they might think that I am not serious with my application. But the moment I spoke to Melanie and explained my situation that Ill be moving from another country, she was able to assist me smoothly with my application. Other conversations were made via email which were responded promptly! Roxalana Hills leasing team were able to satisfy and help me with my needs in moving to our new home. I only saw the photos of the apartment online and I did not know what to expect when seen them personally. To my surprise, the apartment unit we got is very spacious and well-maintained and all the necessary appliances were there. It really helped us adjust easily. I’ve lived for a year already and Id say that my experience here in Roxalana is superb. Maintenance people are easy to get hold of and very professional, the monthly activities are great way to help the residents to enjoy the amenities, the leasing team are very easy to talk to, and lastly, we feel safe here in this community. I think more than just a review, Id like to thank Roxalana Hills Apartments for being a part of our journey when we’re starting our lives here in US.

Every time I put in a maintenance order, they immediately help me or at least message me back to let me know when they can help me. The maintenance workers are friendly. The office workers are very friendly too. Parking is amazing. I have never had a problem getting a parking spot. Even when I have friends over, they can all park easily as well. I also love that Roxalana has events throughout the year!

I have lived here for a little over a year and have had a pleasant experience. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and comfortable. I feel I have adequate space and storage as far as the layout goes. I've had wonderful interactions with the staff as well - the main office is always kind and helpful and maintenance is quick and responsive and keeps the landscaping nice. I love the quiet nature of the location mixed with the community-based atmosphere. Roxalana does well in ensuring a safe and comfortable living space. The amenities add to the experience as well. The gym is on the smaller side but has everything for a complete workout, and is well kept. The addition of the car wash station has also been really nice; however, I do wish they would keep the hoses out for a while longer during the fall. All in all, I look forward to spending more years here.

My family moved into our updated apartment in February of this year. It has been nothing but a pleasure to live here. Between the amenities offered like the pool, fitness center, playground, and 24 hour maintenance (when necessary) we have been so happy to call Roxalana home. It was a breeze to move in and all the staff here are kind and welcoming! It’s quiet and we feel safe knowing there is a community security patrol every night. If you’re thinking about touring an apartment here, don’t wait, it’s worth it!

I have lived in this apartment complex since 2021 and I’ve had a great experience. Maintenance is phenomenal and everyone is very helpful if there’s a problem. The complex also hosts monthly events which are usually a blast. They make a point to include residents of all ages in these events, and the effort is noticed and appreciated :)

We are a retired couple that has lived at Roxalana Hills apartments for ten years. We love living here. We sold our house to downsize and chose to make our home here. The apartments are so spacious with house size closet and pantry spaces. This complex is maintained and managed so well. Maintenance is normally completed the same day as requested and most times they respond within an hour of placing the request. We can’t say enough good things about this complex.

There were a lot of issues when I first moved in and the appliances are very old, but maintenance is always quick to fix anything you request. Some of the office staff are awful and rude, but some are very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns. I never have an issue with a place to park and the pool is nice, but they’re very strict about guests. Honestly, a good affordable option close to Charleston and I feel safe walking at night around the complex but it is similar in pricing to some other nicer complexes nearby (some of the residents are skep and packages go missing often).
