BE VERY CAREFUL with Row House. I was sold a promo deal after my free trial at the row house in the summer. In November they start to charge my card hundreds of dollars. I figured this was a mistake and contacted them. They have apparently hired a new GM who I feel like might be the real problem cause I have never really had issues there in the past. He was hostile and just threw insults instead of solving the problem or letting me speak. I was shocked I have never been met with such trashy attitude from a gym before. Perhaps he was drunk cause he was slurring his words. So I ended the call and try to reach someone else to understand these charges. I was told I had agreed upon a contract in the summer which I had never seen and there was no signature on it. I pointed this out but received no response. They gave me no logical explanation other than that they aren't willing to refund the money they took NOW for classes I took AND paid months ago. Since they have no logical or legal basis I feel like I will win this dispute but it's so disappointing. I can't believe row house is FRAUD. I would say be very careful and if you purchased any classes or memberships from them in the past block your card. I don't recommend this business at all now even though it may have been good in the past.
I requested that my membership be paused weeks ago and was told I would get a follow up email as I made the request in person. It was taken multiple attempts to get the membership cancelled, with the responsibility on me to chase down management. I was also charged for a month I am going to struggle to use. A disappointing end to a relationship with a company that came highly recommended by a friend. Save yourself the hassle and row at the gym.
Great class plenty of seating and classes aren’t too full. They do have showers and towels only 2 but again not so busy. Beautiful outdoor space to enjoy after class.
I LOVE THIS GYM!!!!!! I went to the 23rd Street NYC location today. Anna is the sweetest!!! And Josua is a very good, intuitive, talented trainer. The vibe in the class was also very positive. I had no preconceived notion of whether I would like the class - cause I’ve been to plenty that were a waste of time. Row House is the shizzle!! i can’t recommend it enuf. No judgements or expectations on their behalf. They just want you to enjoy your time there. Whaaaaat? See ya there!!!!!!!
I’ve visited this location multiple times when I work nearby and it’s not ideal unless I’m desperate for a workout. Firstly, the front staff are aloof when you have questions. They don’t manage the women’s locker room well as the lockers were dirty and had hair, toilets uncleaned. It seems like the location is older and it reflects heavily. Otherwise, plus points for the instructor I took classes with so far. Coach Josue Nunez gets a 5 star. His classes ensure I feel the burn and he’s extremely attentive to the clients. There also seems to be a new courtyard now, so I hope the location makes changes to continue improving the site as I’d love nothing more than to give it better ratings!
Brian is a great instructor! Clear direction, friendly, and high standards for everyone. Loved the class.
Signed up for my first ever class (7am with Josue) and the instructor no-showed. Was impressed that the admin called me the evening before to see if I had questions and to suggest I arrive 10 min early so the instructor could help me get set up on the machine. Showed up at 6:50am on the dot and the instructor wasn’t there yet. Waited until 7:10 when it became clear he wasn’t showing up and there wasn’t going to be a sub. The girl at the front desk was nice and apologetic and gave everyone class credits. Personally I would’ve preferred my hour of sleep back.
I got my first class with Summer last week and it was great! I usually row on my own at the gym and def this was a great step forward! I will back! Front staff as a first comer wasn’t the most welcoming but I loved the class!
Absolutely love F45 midtown location! The gym is huge and spacious, the equipment in great condition , and the instructors rock. Theyâre always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to injuries/ substitutions and I feel I get a great workout
Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!
An absolute paradise for any athlete looking for a gym that will push you to be the best you can be. The programming is perfect for all ranges of athletes, the coaches are incredibly supportive, and the community is unbeatable. The equipment is als

I did my first class at Barryâs for free with the Corporate Challenge! I did not have much expectation going into the class, just pictured it as a regular workout class people goto. However, my perspective changed after completing my first sessio
CompleteBody on 19th Street is like a home away from home. Lovely staff, friendly members, facilities and an environment you want to be in to train and get results. Thank you for having us.
I have been to a good number of gyms including both private and public, school gyms and the ones at apartment complex--basically different gyms every time I move to a new place as we all have. Among all of them, this gym has been my absolute favorite
I have been training at amazing gyms for over 40 years. But Temple West Village stands out because they hit all the marks of a gym you can call home. Starting with the manager, Pat, who sets the bar high for staff and how they treat members. Within t
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Great, fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time during a trip to NYC and it's so great. The location at night in the winter at night was a bit unfamiliar but it's on a main street and near a subway entrance so that's a t

Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly

The entertainment and musical experience On The Move brought to life for our wedding TRULY left us speechless, so we wanted to share a few notes from our guests. âI was just reminiscing and the band playing Pepas on their instruments while walking
