These are some of the worst people to deal with. They will nickle and dime you all they can. They literally made me pay 250 dollars to tell me a plug was bad on my cnc, when they knew all long and have had issues in the past with others and now they have made their programs to lose their product keys every windows update and will charge you for that now to get it re-licensed... In the past when trying to express my concerns to Tony Shaw, owner, He got noticably mad and defiant when he was told his program is faulty.. instead of helping out he tried to send an invoice for his future conversations... We went third party and will soon be taking this cnc out of service... FINALLY! Spend the extra cash and by an actual industrial CNC not a hobby one

We love our 4x8 single phase CNC router. We have been running it for over a year works great! Both Routercad and Boss CNC routers are powerful tools. Made In the USA!

I recently purchased a 4x8 single phase router from BOSS and it does not disappoint! This machine is a workhorse and comes with everything you need. The communication with management has been amazing! Any time I need help with something my questions have been answered within 24 hours. The customer service and product has exceed my expectations.

BOSS Routers and RouterCAD software are the hardest working tools in our shop at Heirloom Custom Millworks. From plugging in some numbers to cutting out cases in a few minutes or designing custom parts and tool paths. RouterCAD software is easy to navigate and understand for a novice like myself (I understand cabinets not computers LOL.) All tech support questions I have had were answered within a few hours, (all questions I had or didn't understand not actual tech support issues) and they have truly gone above and beyond to help us be successful and make sure we are getting the most out of our machine. Tony, Sam, and Monica are all a pleasure to work with. I can't wait to grow my business to a 2 machine shop they will be the first people I call.

My experience with RouterCad began in November of 2020, I had been looking on the net for used cnc machines with no real success. I heard of Boss routers and became very interested. This was exactly the kind of company I was looking for, privately owned, local, and the product was MADE IN THE USA. I was able to visit on site and learn something about the machine and the people I would be doing business with. I am very well satisfied with my 4x8 bed, single phase 4 hp, atc machine.The Shaw family and employees have followed thru with all of my needs.

I bought a single phase Boss CNC this year, my first experience with a cnc. It has worked out great for my shop, very well built and support has been excellent .
