Route 66 nutrition - Health food restaurant in Merritt Island - 729 N Courtenay Pkwy, USA

I went out today looking for a nice treat that would make me feel good, I found this place to be exactly what I was looking for. The shake was amazing and didn’t hurt my stomach like usual protein shakes do, the mini donuts were really cute and a fun treat to share. I’m definitely coming back, the staff was also very sweet and informative. :)

The inside is super cute and welcoming! The owners were very nice and explained everything on the menu to us perfectly since it was our first time! We got the donuts and they are 10/10! Super soft and delicious, I personally haven’t had a normal donut that I’ve liked more than the mini ones we got here! We also got the cucumber watermelon drink which tasted just like juice minus the nasty sugar overload you get from normal juices! My fiancé got the peanut butter banana shake and he loved it, their portions for the price is very affordable and worth it! We Loved it and will definitely come back for more!

I have had proteins shakes from many other places, but none like the one I just had from Route 66 Nutrition. The cinnamon toast crunch was spot on with flavor unmatched by any other smoothie I’ve had. Or was it a milkshake, it was absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to trying all of the flavors. I cannot say enough about the donuts. They were an amazing way to start a day. I think with everything in total I may have had 11 g of sugar. Perfect for my eating habits. After two hours of eating the donuts and drinking a smoothie I have this amazing energy level that usually drops off about now. I don’t feel bloated or lethargic, which I was wondering about before eating the donuts. Yes I did it all six. The service was amazing and they explained everything about the goodness you are consuming! I can see being a regular!

Route 66 Nutrition is one of the better nutrition shops I’ve been too in Brevard. The staff was very welcoming and made sure to let us know about all the healthy and delicious food items they had. Their protein shakes and doughnuts are a must have if you ever visit this spot.

As I am on a weight loss mission I found this place and figured I'd try it and wow! Ordered the smores waffle and mocha coffee and was amazing and filling. Best part was the owner helped me with breaking down the meal for me to calculate and log and they gave me some tips on how to keep the weight loss going! I will be coming back!

The best nutrition shop in Merritt Island ! The owners Jessica & Tyler are wonderful and everything I’ve tried taste delicious. You can tell they really care about their customers and they make everything with love. Will definitely keep coming back !!

You gotta check this place out!! Absolutely adorable new business in Merritt Island offering healthy protein based shakes, Bowls, teas and more. Even hand made protein donuts and waffles. I tried the watermelon cucumber tea. No added sugars. It was very refreshing and tastes amazing! My mom tried the mini protein donuts. They were handmade fresh while we were standing there. I can't say enough great things!! Owners are awesome!!!

I walked in and the vibe is second to none. The owners are SUPER friendly and awesome. The food and drinks are all so delicious and well made, I HIGHLY recommend you try this place out if you're looking to hit your protein goal, or if you just want to try something sweet and healthy at the same time!
