Referred to by guys at Best Buy as it was going to cost me close to $1k to replace my laptop screen, plus 2+ weeks to get my laptop back. Rotten Apples staff were incredible. They ordered me a new OEM screen, and it ran me only $300, and was ready in a week. They even cleaned my laptop and it looked brand new! Great service and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend Rotten Apples! My iphone stopped working and another major company tried to sell me a new phone as they said it was broken. I brought the phone to Rotten Apples and Greg had the phone repaired and fixed very quickly. I am so grateful I didn't need a new phone and that Rotten Apples was able to make everything like new in no time! This place is great!

The back of my iPhone shattered and I had them replace it. After 1 week, it was developing a crack and shattering again (has never happened with any of my phones and I hadn’t dropped it again). I took it in and they fixed the back again -free of charge. It’s been 2 weeks and the back is totally shattered again with pieces falling out (worse than it originally was). On the positive, the staff is very nice and efficient.

This is why Geek Squad will always outperform-they fixed my screen but good grief, was almost 400 bucks. Hell, I think thats more than I paid for it. Oh well, lessons learned.

The back of my wife’s iphone was shattered. They fixed it twice. After the 1st time it cracked (she never dropped it) & they took responsibility for the product and replaced it pro bono. After the 2nd replacement, she immediately put an otter box on it and 2 weeks later the back was completely cracked and pieces were coming off all the way to the camera. She called & spoke with Greg who was very passive aggressive and blamed my wife for dropping her phone, which never happened. They refused to refund her the $180 because we certainly weren’t going to them a 3rd time. Time for a new iPhone.

Rottenapples and specifically Mike was super kind and helpful. His work was done flawlessly and quickly at a more than reasonable price. He fixed my apple mac and iphone for $350 total within a few days. Highly recommend here 10/10!
