Rotex Western Inn - Hotel in Los Angeles - 921 S Western Ave, USA

Pour mon travail j'ai dû demandé une copie du montant de la chambre que j'ai payé. L'homme à la réception n'a pas voulu me la donner et pour couronner le tout m'a crier dessus dans tout l'hôtel. J'ai été très choquée de son comportement. Ce n'est pas une manière de traiter les clients. Une véritable honte !

The place itself is ok-ish if we talk about rooms and cleanliness, A/C is good too, it's just very dated. The security deposit is outrageous, with almost no notice of it. The worst was the people that come to this hotel is pretty sketchy, whoever was on the room next door, they would slam the door all night, for HOURS, they would come in and out of the room, Talking/Arguing after midnight, it's pretty hard to sleep like that. Someone also tried to get my room door open at night, after that i really couldn't sleep too much, thank God I was here very shortly, i don't want to come back, it's a shame because the location it's very good. People with kids should probably avoid this place, definitely did not feel safe at all. Plus the security deposit thing it's really bad, just pay up a little extra and get a better place.

This was a good hotel. Conveniently located and with effective staff. Rooms were okay and spacious. This is an ideal place for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Cozy place in the middle of Koreatown, rooms were a little run down but did the job. The room I had, had a small refrigerator w/ small freezer and a microwave. Enough to freeze water bottles for the next day. Bathroom had a hair dryer. Nice sized tv with cable. A/C ran good and kept room comfortable. Staff was friendly and respectful. Parking was a little tricky but was a secure place to park.

Arrived for our reservation that was booked a month in advance after a long day of traveling. They had forgotten to clean our room. When this concern was brought up to the front desk, they refused to do anything about it, said they were sold out, and did nothing to help. Not even a recommendation or courtesy call to another hotel. This place is cheap for a reason and it’s not worth the risk. Pay the extra $30 somewhere else.

Positive: The people in the front desk were kind and knew of the problems of the hotel and were helpful. Negative: Very few times I am disappointed. Once I entered the hotel I knew that the review was not accurate. because how I had reserved it was not possible to cancel. There were scratches on the wall, and the paint by the air conditioner was scratched and absent. Negative: ""

For the price of this inn, you get a good-sized room with tv, microwave, and fridge. The location is central if you plan on visiting multiple places in LA. You can easily grab a bite to eat in the area. Rooms are dated but clean. If you're out all day, It's just a place to sleep. Noisy guests are swiftly dealt with by staff or the security guard. Parking is below and had no problem with parking. Overall, it's good.

Positive: Room was good. Nothing fancy just what you need for a convention overnight stay. We even had a microwave and fridge! I slept in worse hotels so would stay there again just in single beds probably! Negative: The mattress was pretty bad, needs replacement. Super soft queen bed and my husband and I rolled to the middl, could not stay on either of our sides because of the shape of the mattress! I did barely sleep because of that.
