Roswell City Walk - Apartment complex in Roswell - 3000 Forrest Walk, USA

Just moved in today. Let me say the process from first visit, to tour of the units, to back end paperwork, to move in have been seamless and efficient. Big reason for this is the absolute professionalism of one Holley Sullivan. Cheers to her. The units, the amenities, the neighborhood and the ease of walking to Canton St. and surrounding area is certainly a bonus. I look forward to making many new friends here.

City Walk has to be my favorite apartment ever. Everyone is so welcoming. On my second day here, I was having dinner at the common area with my neighbors. it was so fun. Also, since it's so close to Canton St. I have saved so much money from not having to uber home on fun nights lol. By the way Holley from the main office is a blast and super helpful. PS if you love being around dogs, this is the place to live.

Have lived here a year and have absolutely loved it! It is a little pricey, hence why we are moving out; however, this has easily been the best apartment I have lived in. Super walkable to Canton Street as well as other restaurants, bars, stores and breweries. Very modern apartment with nice appliances. Any maintenance issue we have had has been quickly resolved and although we have had a few roaches (inevitable in any apartment I've found) they have always sent pest control within a day or 2 after creating a maintenance request. If you can afford the rent and want to be in the center of everything Roswell this is definitely the place for you.

Great place to live! Maintenance is fantastic and has handled everything I’ve needed quickly. Eric is incredible for coming in on a Sunday to get on the roof to solve my A/C issue. Office staff is friendly and professional.

We love living here! Friendly neighbors, lots of dogs, and a helpful staff. Otis and his team are quick to respond to any maintenance issues while the front office staff is welcoming and attentive. This has quickly become home.

Once Kamala Harris said, ‘Do not come’, NO! Do not come here, the worst and disgusting team. They think because they got a small quote of power they can make your life miserable, they do not attend the real problems in the community, they'll penalize your tenant records if you missed one payment, (eviction) watch out what you sign, track all your payments, at the end of every lease, they’ll steal your security deposit. But the real issues, like pool, security and labors, they just act like deaf people. Just do NOT come. There’s a new construction project going on in the area. They’ll give you better prices for new tenants. I learned no matter where you live if the management is miserable, they’re going to make your life miserable. If you’re interested in a place with those characteristics — Well, WELCOME!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here at CW especially the maintenance guys, Eric, Otis and Melvin. These guys are on point and keep everything running around here. They are super helpful and ALWAYS a delight to see zooming by in their golf carts on the way to take care of something. They are a gem! Thank you, guys for all you do. I really appreciate you!

Roswell City Walk is a great community to consider living in, with great floor plans, excellent amenities, a great location, and walking distance to Canton St. Highly recommend contacting Holly should you consider making a move.
