Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in Merritt Island - 240 N Courtenay Pkwy, USA

This is the most absolute worst Ross I’ve ever been too! Customer service is key in any establishment and these employees there are rude and do not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever! My debit card was charged twice because the computer froze after my payment was taken and instead of checking to make sure it didn’t go through she had me swipe again! $72 charged TWICE!! Once I realized it I got the store Manager and she was NOT pleasant or helpful! She had an I don’t care attitude which pissed me off more then I already was and just gave me a number to call like It’s no big deal like we all have $72 laying around just for the hell of it! And on top of that it’s Friday evening and it’s not 24/7 customer service, it’s min-fri 9am to 5pm. Therefore I have to wait the ENTIRE weekend just to speak with someone to fix the situation! Instead of The manager atleast attempting to put me at ease she just Sat there and stared at me like it’s no big deal! I am beyond angry so unless y’all want to be charged double on your credit card, pay in cash at this place cause they obviously do not care and have no respect for their customers! Worst Ross ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was a bit disappointed this time. Haven't visited Ross in Canaveral for 2 years, so went there few days ago and half of the store is empty. Couldn't find any of the things I was looking for. Almost no shoes in my size at all. Before it used to be a good store, now looks quite said. Hope this will improve soon, otherwise there is no point going there if it stays the way it is right now.

Scattered about merchandise that takes some patience to find something. This is similar to TJ Max but with less variety. Still, you can find some good deals here.

Great place to shop for clothes, shoes, (men's & women's), purses, incadentals, some house wears, rugs, even a few eye glasses. They have many well known name brands! All at discount prices, some that are deeply discounted!Staff are friendly & very helpful. Store was clean and neat, even though it was late afternoon. Picture of blue purse I bought at ROSS today! I love shopping at ross and finding those little treasures, so it's easy to say I'm seen my fair share of them. Sadly, this location is plague with misbehaved general public. You will find popped security tags littered all around the store from stolen products. At no fault to the employees, mind you. There are still many hidden treasures to be found.

Clothes didn't fit they up sized me no worries. With the tags or receipt. Great place amazing peops
