Always busy when I've gone in, but the line moves fairly quickly and the store is clean. Employees are friendly. I probably would not go back on a Saturday afternoon due to heavier shopping numbers, but all in all, a good store!

I got 2 blouses and a dress for und $18's. Senior Citizens get a discount and friendly customer service

I only go to Ross to look for purses. Normally, they have a huge selection for reasonable prices. They were pretty wiped out this time, but it was right after Christmas and I did find a purse so mission accomplished!
