This Ross is very organized and with a great variety. Although I recommend not going on weekends, especially on Saturdays because it is very crowded. It has 4 self-checkout boxes but only for 8 products, oh less. The employees are very friendly and willing to help, and I personally appreciate that they are bilingual.

I was at the self checkout when the lady there rudely came up to me and told me that I could only be there if I had eight items I thought I only had eight items I had not noticed that I had a doctor underneath I don't think she really bothered to count or even give me time to put anything back I put something back then tried to continue checking out and she called Lost prevented on me and he was also very rude complete trash compared to any other Ross I've ever been to.

Christmas shopping man lines were long other then that no complaints

The Ross dress for less that is located in the forum in fort Myers is how do I want to put this nicely it shouldn't be as dumpy and disheveled and ran through as it always looks when you go there it says though they were running a 90% discount sale and people lost their minds and wrecked the store if that gives you any type of visual their selection is less than favorable their staff is always rude it's hard to find a associate if you need to go to the bathroom their dressing room is normally unmanned their lines are outrageously long and the weight could be anywhere between 15 minutes to a 20 minutes which is ridiculous they are just like Walmart they now have self checkout but God forbid if you use it they treat you like you're a thief even though you have to go to a separate desk to get the theft tags taken off altogether if you could go somewhere else other than Ross I would but if this is where you like to get your cheap designer clothes more power to you I shopped there so I'm not complaining I'm just saying if you can go to Bealls or go to TJ Maxx or Marshalls or even Miramar outlet do it because this Ross isn't it

Lines long. Be kind to the staff. Everyone is short staffed. Just be patient. And shop. Found some nice gym shoes and purse. Waiting patiently.
