Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in West Melbourne - 4311 Norfolk Pkwy, USA

This is normally my favorite run in and out of store when I need something quick. Items are organized and easy to find. The store is clean and the associates always seem to be knowledgeable and take pride in their work. I would've given this location 5 stars for their selection, associates, and cleanliness. However, Nicole with the green hair and black roots was not having a good night. She did not look familiar and her attitude was not at all what I'm accustomed to at this location. Please work on soft customer service skills... maybe shadow the several other associates who have mastered juggling the heavy work load and working with to their customers with courtesy.

Never much of a selection due to the demographics of Brevard County, but as I go once a week, I usually find something that suits my style. #letsgetoff #thenewsgayper

Went in for a glass pumpkin but they didn't have any left. The place is totally Christmas. I had seen a beautiful glass pumpkin at my Dr appointment the other day that had a Ross tag on it. Sorry I missed them.

Cashier, Maddie was extremely rude and proceeding to slam my items on counter because she wanted me to go hunt down a price for an unmarked item. Manager was not helpful and had a good laugh about whole situation with cashier. Both were unprofessional and rude. I've worked as a cashier for many years and I do NOT treat me customers that way.

This place has good prices and a wide variety of items. Tons of women's clothes of all kinds and sizes, and a fair amount of items for the whole family. The location is super convenient too.

I didn't appreciate the ill treatment that I received from the fitting room personal. First she denied me access to the washroom, (when before an employee told me it was open). Then she kept recounting the same 6 items, even though she also held them for me. Since I had to use the washroom next door. I get back from using the washroom next door, and I find her using my cart as a put back cart filled with all kinds of stuff. Then she tells me that she didn't think I'd be coming back, that I took to long. Which I find incredibly ridiculous, when common sense would say if a customer is only next door. And you're the reason why? Why mix up their items and confront them rudly about it. As she's recounting my 6 items again, I see a customer walk out of the washroom. As I'm waiting to be let into a fitting room. There were 4 different women who walked right past her, as they grabbed their number tags to let themselves into the fitting room. So after 15 minutes of me standing their as she's chatting with another employee, I just grabbed the 6 number tag to enter the fitting room. She rudly stopped me, as the 4th women grabbed a number and ushered herself in right beside her. She then recounts my items yet again! By this point I was upset, I just wanted to get, what I came for and keep my distance from this ridiculous employee. As I made sure that I handed her in her hands all of the items I didn't want. She was trying to push those same items back unto me, questioning why I didn't want them. I brushed her off and headed to the shoes, and makeup section. As I was walking away, I saw her call over another coworker to watch me, after I left the fitting room. As if I'm stealing, then that coworker followed me a bit, saw me trying on shoes, probably felt like I wasn't a threat and walked away. I'm not sure what that Hispanic woman problem was with me. Despite everything I remain polite. I really wanted to speak with management about her behavior, but by that point I was too upset to address my issue. I've faithfully shopped at Ross for decades for everything in my home. And I have never been treated that way, in my entire life at Ross. Regardless of whatever state I was living in, regardless of it was a suburbs and downtown area. This recent experience has really changed things for me, and that hurts.

Clean and uncluttered. Restrooms are clean. Pleasant helpful staff.. Somehow, I always find something to buy!

The staff are very friendly and the store is clean. They have great selections and although the lines may be long, they move fast.
