Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in Atascocita - 6635 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, USA

I was waiting to get checked out and they had 2 people working register. Instead of the employee checking me out, she proceeds to tag items which could have waited until she rang me up. Rude to keep me waiting. In addition, they haven’t had big bags since before Christmas. I went in shopping for my daughter on the way and bought lots of things. I asked when they were going to get big bags and she said “we don’t have any today.” Well obviously. But how are customers expected to shop and walk out the store with 10 small bags and you can’t even bring the cart outside. Maybe I’m just hormonal pregnant, but I think you should have proper tools before operating a store and work on better customer service (:

Heads up if you’re looking to work here .Recently, I got a call from them and they hung up in my face and then called again . Not recognizing their number , I finished with my work first before returning their call. They said they were calling about an interview but denied my application since I missed their calls. I feel like this gives insight into how unprofessional their workers are . They never gave a heads up about calling or anything when I’ve sent that application in weeks ago .

Prices are too high....for a store like this. It is not a mall. And should have more size 5 wide for women. And better varity of clothes like they have at the stores up North. Should be equally North, South, East & West

Decide not back this Ross, is not good deals, and not right sizes, all is getting high and high, the sales are not Okk, but worst it , idk if I am look I’m gonna steal , but they (2nd time) block to going in to the store, I wish some from Ross management can read it, idk if a problem how I am look , o could be is just VIP people, I am already said it to the security , they just fun , look this store is for black African & Mexican. And all sales cashiered are from , so don’t plan ahead search work or shopping there is just a VIP store, not for everyone or trash like me, sad but as tjjmaxx is a pain in your back, considering too the construction area, as all stores have to been more considerate with the costumer, of course they don’t and , treat like you are Trash

I started shopping here a little while ago and I have found something under 10 bucks Everytime I've gone. I try and go every other week or monthly now and they got everything separated out by size so I know exactly where to go and what will fit me.

This place has a lot of name-brand quality merchandise for cheaper,probably one third of retail. They sell clothes shoes home items automotive hardware and miscellaneous. It's a must stop for the thrifty.

Sunday 3/12/23 around 1:20 to 2:15 pm the tall black old cashier told me she would not fold my clothes when I nicely requested it from her. She just balled them up and threw them in the bag and told me I could fold them if I wanted to but she was not. After telling me that I just left the store and when I was leaving she said OH WELL!!! Wow you would think she knew better but this is your employee Ross.I called back at 2:30 pm and reported it the the store manager, she said she just started her shift and she even confirmed that the cashier should have folded the clothes . I noticed the cashier is also always licking her hands and she needs to use hand sanitizer. Ross please you have to do better with the quality of employees you hire. We do not spend our money to be insulted. I had on a blue dress with a black backpack. You will hear the nasty comments she made to me! Review the video! Someone like that should not be working with customers or representing Ross department stores. Management need to take complaints seriously also.

This place won't allow disabled war veterans access to use the restroom..... don't care how good their deals are or whatever neat items you can find there..... if they treat our vets like trash, then their establishment is TRASH. Plain & simple..... would give negative stars if possible.
