Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in Olathe - 15350 W 119th St, USA

First let me start by saying (when I describe individuals I’m posting about, I’m only describing looks, ethnicity, etc) because I am unsure of any of the employees names… Unfortunately. The manager here is awesome! He’s always welcoming and friendly every time I come in, which is quite often. However, with him being a nice person with great customer service I cannot see how he hires the absolute laziest and rudest employees ever! The only* employee who is friendly is the lady with the turban at the register. Sadly today I had to witness her being treated poorly all because she asked another coworker to open the bathroom for me. The other coworker (heavier-set Caucasian woman) completely brushed her off and ignored her. The lady at the register proceeds to ask another coworker (an older lady with an accent) who walked away from her and said no I’m on break. The tone was so rude. Finally the heavier set woman moves from slouching over the counter to go open the restroom for me.. proceeded to tell me I cannot take my paid for items in there.. so I asked if she would watch them or js going to. She replied “no I have better and other things to do”. It’s definitely time for the manager to find some new employees who aren’t so miserable and lazy.

Nice clean store with a great selection. I usually always walk out of there with something. The employees were not too friendly, though.

I have went to this location for years with no problem. A manager named Amber was beyond rude! The store opened 10 minutes late today. I called the store at 10:07 to ask if they were open today . I was told they were just running behind and the doors would be open soon. As soon as I went through the doors I was informed there was no change. I asked if I would be able to get an extra percentage off my purchase for waiting. Before I could finish asking she snapped no with an eye roll ‘No you can not’. I was not demanding a discount but would think it’s the customer service thing to do when the store is 10 minutes late opening, doesn’t have any change, and the place still a mess from the other day(still sweeping at 10:30). Amber went back and forth with me after I told her she was being rude she told me ‘you can go to another store’. A person like Amber should not be in customer service especially as a manager.

I like Ross but I have to be honest. Don't ever go there on a weekend. The immigrants are lined up and it practically takes 30 minutes just to get through the line, but it's like that nowadays with Marshalls as well.

Love Ross go at least once a week if you find something get it want be there when you get back all the stores are neat except the one on 95th street it's a mess I do a day and visit multiple stores lots of fun

Great cloth for a fair price. Little bit unorganized, but to be expected with the number of people that come in. They really have something for everyone.

I was treated very poorly when trying to make an exchange on a Sunday at noon, the cashier and her superior said that they could not make my exchange because the purchase I had made did not appear on cameras at that time, since I had the product and with the note in hand I was very badly treated I was discriminated against I was very ashamed in the queue because it seemed that I was dishonest and the next day my brother returned with the same note and with the same products and the service was completely different because I am not American and he is I felt very very very mistreated I was very ashamed I do not recommend buying to make exchanges and the product I bought was defective
