Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in Rosemead - 3560 Rosemead Blvd, USA

The service attitude of the staff in the fitting room of this store is extremely bad! Never seen such service! I picked up 7 pairs of pants to try on! I didn’t get the clip, but she said that if you want to try it on, you have to find a clip, clip it, and hang it on the shelf for her to count! Otherwise, you are not allowed to try it on! Very bad attitude! Will never come to this store again!

This Ross store is off California Route 10, with easy access and a large parking lot. Every weekend, or weekday afternoons and evenings, there will be many guests. The goods here are very comprehensive and the prices are very cheap. Maybe it was because there were too many customers and too few staff. Many products in the store fell on the ground and no one was sorting them out, which seemed a bit messy. But the service staff has a good working attitude and is a good place to buy clothes and items.

I would give Zero☆ This place is discriminatory and implements arbitrary rules, which are not official ROSS POLICY. Sadly it isn't even the managers that are pushing these rules it's loss prevention. The irony is surely lost on them that they are costing their store more money than they are saving them. I used to shop at the Rosemead California location, but I shall never step foot inside this trash bag masquerading as a department store. Fact discrimination is illegal. Fact giving someone the choice of breaking the law or shopping in your store is not a choice. Fact loss assurance is not a great way to keep a business running. Fact the "loss retention"" specialists " working at 7:50pm using a ruse to push people out of the store because the don't dress how they like, is ridiculous. But everything I was wearing was purchased at Ross, except my shoes they were purchased at a good store.

(Cashier) Has pregnant that time I wanted return... she want take break time, she need help THE Manager coming he help the Cashier and me He has Patient And Follow up that moment I never feel like that iin this Store I feel comfortable I feel anything & anything is very good I think that one is I went the ross a lot that one is My experience THE Best of the Best. I will come again thx ;-)

This is a fairly new ross to me and is your typical Ross. I liked that their products are quite organized and clean. They carry artwork supplies which surprised me. Overall a solid shopping experience and I would not mind coming back to look for more stuff to buy

Very rude customer experience. A store clerk named natalie was very rude.givjng bad attitude. When I try 6 garments, giving me the sigh and specifically asked to put all of them back in the hanger.

If you can deal with some messiness, they literally have everything at Ross. Where else are you going to find men AND women's clothing AND shoes AND random home decor AND sleepware? For 70% cheaper than malls or retail stores? Yeah, I didn't think so. They even offer random niceties like kitchen supplies and wall paintings. Needless to say, I love this place although I've been to Montebello and Alhambra locations as well. Everything is good and cheap. I've been fortunate enough to pick up work clothes, headsets, backpacks, bedding, and even laundry organizer hooks here. It is kinda depressing inside, but I didn't come for interior design.

I have been this Ross over 7 years, it’s close to me. I went there just to grab some stuff randomly, I bought a lot of sneakers from this Ross as my working shoes. It's close to the end of the COVID pandemic, it’s getting busier and busier!
