Terrible experience every single time. They have so many people waiting to be helped and you can see there are other employees with name tags standing around hanging clothes and just letting the line get longer and longer. Seems like employees would be trained to help customers in line with approx 8-10 cashier stalls. 1 girl cashiering, trained to say “oh they will be up here in a second”. I was in line 10 min and heard her say that to each person that told her she needed help. Management seems absent. Customer Service pretty non existent . People in line were saying, the Marysville store is much better has more people helping also Lynnwood. They said Lake Stevens the worst. Trashy as well.
The staff here is unprofessional. It was nearing closing and I was walking to the front. An associate came up and said loudly "we are closing!" I said thanks and kept going toward the register. She followed me and kept saying it. Then I got in line behind people and looked over. She was crossing her arms at the jewelry counter staring at me. It was so awkward. When it was my turn to pay I very quietly asked the associate ringing me up if the person at the jewelry counter was the manager, she said no and pointed to the person next to her at the register. As I turned to leave the woman who was following me to the front and staring at me as I waited in line and paid was right in front of me. She started yelling that I was whispering about her. I told her she was making me feel uncomfortable. She kept yelling at me about the "whispering" and I told her I asked the person ringing me up if she was the manager. She was out of control, so much so that two other customers stepped in and told her she was acting poorly. I looked at the manager and she was quietly asking her to stop. The associate that was being out of control was Karima. I am very saddened by this situation. Every customer asked me if I was alright and said that it wasn't okay what she did and she shouldn't be in a customer facing role. The manager there was very young and I could tell even she was intimidated by this associate. Someone higher up needs to step in and work on training. I know everywhere is short staffed but tonight was a disaster. I felt attacked. I waited for the couple that was behind me in line to come out of the store to make sure they were okay because they checked in on me. They were very shaken and I guess Karima was all over them too. Please, if you are from corporate or higher up, check in on this store or do a secret shop, something needs to be done.
This was the cleanest, most organized Ross store I've ever been to. Great selection and great prices.
A female associate came up to help me put my 20month old in the cart, she helped buckle him while I carried my younger baby. The associate was so amazing, and friendly. She said hi to babies. She was also very alert to the store’s needs and helping customers check out as the line began to grow. I will definitely be back and I appreciate her kindness. I wish I got her name. She may have been management. White, brunette, I think a nose piercing, dressed modestly.
Also, the store was pretty bare in the areas we shopped. I assume due to the shortages in material, etc. I didn’t see an infant clearance section but could have missed it if it was tiny. There was mere limited toddler shoes, literally a handful. Otherwise the store was clean, and neat. I found what I initially came in for.
I usually find something I like and buy here. The place is pretty neat.
Most staff are friendly.
One time at checkout, the employee was very clearly not in a good mood. Didn't try to hide it. Her face and tone of voice when she would respond to me said it all.
Just got home to find the security tag that was attached to this hat left damage and the woman working didn’t bother to mention it? It is $9.99(silly to have security tag anyway!)learn how to tag your products properly!
I was tagging along with my daughter who was doing the shopping and she was more satisfied than I was. The selection in almost every category was very limited in size, color and style. I didn't see anything I would have driven across town to buy there but my daughter did. I would not go there again myself.
I've never been in a Ross I didn't like. As a whole there is impressive consistency between locations despite having entirely different stock. I appreciate always knowing what to expect and love searching for that special just right item.

I started my pole journey about 6 months ago and it has been life changing. Never in my life have I been this strong. I did competitive sports for years when I was younger and I consider my self athletic, however I've never been able to do a pull up,
I dropped in twice during my stay with friends in Lake Stevens and had a blast and a hell of a workout. First day enjoyed a conditioning class with more entry level movements and the second day attended a crossfit class. KC is a great coach with a sw
