Went on a Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The prices on winter coats were amazing. Store was clean and workers were respectful and friendly. My order total was less than I expected. I was not aware of the Senior discount. The clerk kindly gave me the discount . ( I do qualify).
This store has a variety of things however and it's not well kept up.
As you can see from the photos items are strewn across the aisles. There is no sanitizer to wipe down the carts. But this was the day before Milwaukee County put in mandated masks for stores and indoor spaces on 19 of Aug 2021. This could be due to the lack of employees. Normally this store is better staffed. The staff that were there we're helpful and Howard at work making an effort to replace things that were on the floor back to the correct place on the shelves. It seems like some child had come through the store and just pick things up and shot him on the floor instead of putting them back into place. It truly amazes me how customers can be so rude and self-centered these days. Knowing businesses are just coming out of covid and are lacking staff. So I hope the customers in this neighborhood will be more grateful that the store is open and say thank you to the employees making a concerted effort to be there for us.
If you want a more organized shopping experience you may want to try the Ross on Layton and 84th street.

Very reasonable prices its always crowded with only 2 checkout cashiers so there always a long lines especially on weekends management needs to fix that
