Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in Kingman - 3260 Stockton Hill Rd, USA

Stopped there for 1 thing needed. 2 gals at cash registers. Several people in line are waiting in line to checkout. The girl at the main register yelled at an elderly gentleman because he had come in with a Petco shopping cart. He had his little dog with him, so it was obvious he had his dog at Petco. She made him leave the store with the Petco cart. Told him he couldn't have a Petco shopping cart when he was in Ross. He was told to take the cart out, come back in & get a Ross cart, there wasn't any Ross carts at the time. He was rudely told by the gal at the main register that he couldn't enter the store with a Petco cart, he had to leave the store. He then carried his dog & the dogs bed in with him. We had been waiting in line to check out while she was yelling at this gentleman & checking out a customer. This gentleman came back he had picked out a pair of shoes & stood in line holding the shoes, dog & dogs bed. He was several people behind me. I was next to check out. She had me wait while she got all the Ross shopping carts together & rudely greeted other customers. I had 1 item to check out. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. When she was done organizing her carts, she then told me to come up to finally check out my 1 item. She was very rude, never said sorry for the wait, and asked me if this was all I had & I said yes. She told me my total & yelled next. As I was paying, I told her how unprofessional, rude she was & she should think about a different profession.

Nice place with a lot of selections for goods! Although there are more choices for women's clothing, there is also a nice section for men's. I found a lot of nice things to wear from here at a good price. I found a lot of goods for the home too. The store is kept nice and tidy which is an extra star from me.

First and last time I will go to a Ross. Was looking for a simple white shirt and found them tossed willy nilly in a bin. The store was not well organized/designed, cramped to the point of uncomfortable, and as esthetic as a cardboard box. Not my kind of shopping experience.

I hit the store on the wrong side of a season change. Slim pickins! I'll have to go back in a few weeks and see if the new stuff coming in is to my liking.

Traveling from Missouri. Forgot to pack a lot of things I didn’t think I’d need…but did. This is the nicest, cleanest and most organized Ross I have ever been in. Kudos!

Always wonderful items and great prices. Get lovely gifts here for a fraction of the cost!

Again like I said Ross is one of my favorite dress for less places to buy women’s clothing. Yesterday I found a Marc Jacob leather jacket along with a RED Anne Klein dress that is absolutely amazing at the Kingman Az store‼️🚘 I love trying out the different Ross stores around my area. Lots of great holiday home decor items for really cheap. Quality clothes at a great price. It was a clean store as well! Lots of cute furniture pieces I’ll probably have to go back and pick up some thing that I saw and can’t live without. I will return..Its a nice drive from Bullhead City Az
