Ross Dress for Less - Clothing store in Del Rio - 2205 Veterans Blvd, USA

Good selection and nice people here, helpful and fast

Normally, I have really good luck at Ross. But not this time. Nothing I liked fit me as far as jeans go.

There are never enough cashiers on duty. Store employees block entire aisles with their carts with absolutely no cares about shoppers wanting to see merchandise in that aisle. This was the last store in this area to re-open fitting rooms during and after pandemic. There seems to be complete disregard for customers at this Ross. I will not shop at the Del Rio location again.

Needs to be more organized; difficult to find the size or certain items because they are out of place. As usual, the check-out line is absolutely long. Takes longer to check-out than finding the items that are misplaced.

The Ross in Del Rio is much more well maintained than ours in eagle pass. The staff is very up to point in keeping things nice n clean. Always bought stuff from here n they have great selection of products that are good. I mostly buy clothes from here n occasionally accessories for the car or home.

I find so many new clothes here! There aren't many places to get clothes but I love Ross out of all the shops in the mall. And not only do they have good clothes AND prices, the staff is great and the store is always neat and clean! I remember going to a Ross in san antonio once. Terrible experience I hated it.

Employees have a bad habit I was lying to customers that the restrooms are out of order. I know what they're trying to do is not have to clean them again for the rest of the day. Great way to turn customer's down.

I'm disabled and use a walker. I went to the return counter by mistake. The clerk informed me and I got in the single line of 7 people. 2 minutes later another guy walked up to the return counter and was told to step over to a closed register in the return section. He was able to check out with no problem. When disabled people get treated different it tics me off. Being disabled and disrespected means I'll never shop here again.
