This has always been my wife's favorite date night destination. I can say we finally have tried everything. We love it all! You never have to wait long for your food and it is always hot. We've never had a bad experience. I just wish they had street tacos. Margaritas are fire 🔥
Beautiful place. Plenty of seating. Fountain outside. They have a bar. And the service was great. Only issue was. Tacos served on flour tortillas. Over all pretty good lunch
Rosie's Mexican Cantina is an absolute delight! The service is exceptional, making you feel right at home. The steak fajitas are served in generous portions and are incredibly flavorful. The garlic butter adds a perfect touch. And don't miss out on their fresh and delicious fajita salads! Rosie's has it all. Enjoy!
Great food and great service. Great place for large parties. Fresh, crispy, delicious chips that are good with our without the salsa.
Great environment for a fun night at dinner. Food was prepared fresh, it had great flavor. The salsa and guacamole was superb. Steak was prepared exactly as asked. The only downside was the waitress had to be asked several times for things. Not sure if it was because she was too busy or if she just kept getting sidetracked. Other than that you can’t go wrong at Rosie’s!
They sat us by the door tonight and every time a waiter went in or out to the outdoor dining the air rushed in and it was very cold on us and several other tables. The problem is their make-up air is not adequate; the vent fans in the kitchen create a vacuum inside the restaurant and when the doors are opened air rushes in to satisfy the vacuum. Get someone who understands air flow and provide the proper make-up air. It was miserable! The food and service was fine.
Our server, Jacob, was amazing. The restaurant itself is a beautiful building. The food arrived quickly even though it was busy, so the kitchen is on point. The shrimp tacos were good, but the lime rice was bland... I recommend you substitute a different side. The margaritas were also lacking flavor. The salsa was very tomato'ey. They only had two hot sauces, neither of which were very hot. My wife liked the verde enchiladas.
What an incredible experience. Great food, the place was jam packed but everyone was so efficient. Food was outstanding, drinks were strong. Truly a well oiled machine. I was impressed.

I got the Justice is Served taco with grilled shrimp - delicious! Also had a frozen pomegranate margarita which was very tasty. I appreciate how quickly everything was ready after ordering over the phone.

My current favorite Huntsville taqueria. Perfect tacos and great prices. I got Al Pastor, and they were cooked perfectly and loaded with all the good stuff (including pineapple)!
