This is a must see if you love history... it's a step back in time in a grand home! Our docent was very knowledgeable and the tour was enlightening. Amazing that this home has been so well preserved! You'll definitely enjoy yourself if you stop by to see this beauty! *you can't take pictures inside so memories will have to do 😃
This is an absolutely beautiful mansion and very unique. Originally built as a home in 1893 by the John A. and Margaret Thatcher family, this house has 37 bedrooms, and the estate covers an entire block. The Thatcher family resided in the mansion for 75 years. Almost all the original custom woodwork, paintings, and furnishings are original to the way the Thatcher family enjoyed it. I will post photos of the interior when they become available. ☀️🥀
Amazing mansion... Unbelievable for an 1893 home. The intricate details and design of the building and furnishings. You have to see it in person to appreciate the history. The decents (guides) share the history and love this iconic mansion. There are things I've never seen that were unique and ahead of the times. One of the best values for the price of admission anywhere.
We just concluded the most spectacular guided tour of the Rosemount Estate & couldn't recommend it more. Even with the Halloween festivities going on, our guide was calm & very knowledgeable about the home. Thank you for keeping this treasure alive!!
The mansion is luxurious and worth seeing. The tour I received was not well presented and answers were vague or unknown, so that was a disappointment. I still give 5 stars because the mansions interior design and details (which can't be photographed) spoke for themselves.
It is a very neat house, even with an elevator. For the most part you will be told a story of the Thatcher family that lived on the house to begin with. I believe part of the story will explain how they contributed to the creation of becoming a bank with Thatcher's personal safe. It has been a long time since I have visited but that's all I remember that happened during the tour I took.
A beautiful mansion and interesting stories from the staff. Worth a visit!
Great tour and stories. Only downside was we weren't allowed to take pictures inside. Incredible history within and many original furnishings from a long time ago.
We have attended as members for over 20 years. Great church for both young and old. Very caring staff including our Bishop and our priest. Beautiful Church, Beautiful people!
B&C Tacos: What a fantastic place! The food was amazing, Bruce (owner) was extremely friendly, professional and we chatted for awhile, ate outside because we had our dog with us. Staff was extremely nice, menu was awesome. Definitely going to stop he
The hidden gem of peublo Colorado Masterfully crafted authentic Italian cuisine. Flavors that enchant your taste buds. A welcoming staff and environment that make you feel at home. Call for reservations. Bar setting is inviting.
The owner and the employees are knowledgeable and passionate about their profession and they have a very good variety and selection of firearms, ammo and accessories to properly outfit a person for their individual needs.
Someone recommended this place to get tamales ð« ð. Definitely the BEST tamales and green chili I've ever eaten! I will make this place a regular stop! Amazing and the service is Excellent! THANK YOU!
My favorite at Pass Key is the Italian salad. It is the best salad and has so many good ingredients in it! I have never had anything bad at this restaurant and would recommend it highly! The sloppers and green chili are amazing!
