Absolutely loved the sweet little gardener's cottage. It's small, but plenty enough for one or two people. Breakfast, which you order ahead, magically appears in your fridge while you are out & about. Fresh & yummy. Owner is super friendly and helpful. Driveway to nice private parking is very narrow, so take it slow. This is one of several small family owned businesses in town. I recommended visiting them all!
We stayed in the Treetop cottage for the third time 2 weeks ago, and it was lovely. The owner is easy to communicate with, breakfast was a quality touch—we liked having the options to choose from, and we chose to cook ours. We love the garden area, and although we didn’t travel with our golden retriever this time, she would have been welcomed, too. There are stairs to climb (treetop cottage), and the driveway and parking area is tight (there is parking in a lot next to the Inn we preferred to park—we didn’t feel inconvenienced). The vintage character of the inn is attractive to us, and a nice change of scenery and stay experience. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We look forward to booking the cottage again.
Each year my sister and I take a trip together. This year we traveled to Little Rock and then on to Hot Springs, AR. We enjoy places to stay that are more experiences than just a standard hotel. Rosemont B&B Cottages were absolutely perfect. Our two bedroom unit was nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The beautiful bed linens were soft to the touch and the mattresses were superb. Inside the refrigerator was a ready to prepare breakfast. The kitchen was well appointed with nice dishes and glassware. It was enjoyable to have our coffee out in the garden patio. Also, being located in the historic district, we were close to downtown and other sights that we wanted to visit. I highly recommend May’s Cottage as it was the one where we stayed for two nights.
We stayed in the Somerset, which is in the main house. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But, we did not receive our breakfast the second day. I reached out to Susan and she never responded by text or email. The room basically had no sitting area to eat your breakfast. The chair in the room was terribly uncomfortable. We had to park street side and the curb was full of leaves and mud which made getting luggage up and over a little difficult. There may be a reason Susan did not respond to my text or email so hopefully this was just my experience.
rosemont b&b was wonderful, and susan an outstanding host, responsive and generously accommodating throughout our arrival, stay and departure. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed and linens probably the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced on a road trip. the house itself is a historical period piece in its own right. it was like going to visit grandma in her old mansion, in a good, comforting way. that breakfast was included and our furbaby also welcome were the icing on the cake. very conveniently located near rock town’s city center, the next time we go we will definitely try to book rosemont first. thanks for the great stay.
I stayed here on a rainy late fall evening in the Gardner room. It’s a very cozy room with a great fireplace, steps up to a nice kitchenette area, and a decent bathroom (jacuzzi but no shower head). The bed and TV were excellent. It’s decorated nicely — attractive antiques, great side chair, eating table, and plenty of lamps. The room is upstairs in back and had a nice “deck” with a table, but it was rainy and I couldn’t use it. However, I had the door open and could hear the rain. Very relaxing. Only negatives: old-fashioned bathroom, extremely narrow driveway, very small parking area, and no signage to point out where each room is located.
Summary: This place is incredible and I wish I could have stayed longer.
Detailed version: My fiancé and I came for the weekend and stayed here. We stayed in the Gardner’s Cottage the first night, then switched to the Somerset Suite. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property is quiet and well kept. Staying here feels like you’re spending the night at your favorite aunt’s house. It’s cozy and welcoming and there are two sweet cats that check on you throughout your stay.
I recommend the Rosemont Cottages to anyone who wants an exceptional experience at an affordable price.
I was visiting my sister in Little Rock and stayed four nights in May's cottage at Rosemont. We loved our experience with this B&B. The owner and her assistant were very accommodating. When we opened the door, it smelled fresh and was very clean. A nice change from recent hotel stays. We loved the separate bedrooms, and the private courtyard and entrance. They really consider all a guest might need. They provide breakfast that the guest prepares. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the decor was charming. Parking was a little tight in the fenced in lot in back is fenced but there is additional parking outside the property fence. The B&B is 4 blocks from SoMa area with many restaurants and shops. It is also in close proximity to the highway and downtown. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again when I return in future. Thank you Rosemont B&B!

So good! We stopped for takeout on the way to our hotel on a road trip. Cool spot downtown, but we found parking on the street. Great experience with service and delicious food. They did forget our tortillas for one entree, but we had so many chips,

Did not expect to enjoy the banana sandwich as much as I did, although I would have asked for slightly less nuts on it next time. The coffee was tasty and my daughter enjoyed her chocolate milk. Staff was nice and the location was great, busy but we
