After a bad experience in uninhabitable conditions at another area hotel, I decided to check this one out. Others have bad reviews pointing out the dated and old conditions at Rosedale. The woman who greeted me was happy to show me 2 room options. True, the furniture and decor are dated but, the rooms are super clean. If people continue to give bad reviews, this place won't make enough to update!
Great staff, amazing location, super quiet and relaxed. Amazing suite for the price! This is my new go to spot in the area.
Definitely a nice self-care night the bathtub Jacuzzi was amazing. I love the fireplace inside the room. The pillows were not too soft and just perfect as well as the bed being a 10 out of 10 for me. It’s a pretty spacious room though it’s just one to two people would definitely stay again!
This is our 2nd stay here, it is a quaint little cabin-like setup, cozy, with a fireplace in the room and has a cute living room area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach, great location! We recommend 🙂
The whole place was a little tired looking however the room was plenty big enough and the bed was comfortable. Great shower too. Had everything we needed for an overnight stop over. The place was very quiet despite being busy. I’m not sure you’d want a long stay here but it was great for an overnight. Easy to reach from the main road. Be warned though, check in closes at 8pm.
This hotel cant have 2 or 3 stars, Room completely outdated, wallpaper is falling of the wall, a lot of damage.Like carpet ugly dirty, sharp broken floor. Bathroom is dangerous and the jacuzzi is not usable. Not good cleaning at all, its absolutely not worth your money. Beds are scaring us out, we slept with our clothes on. |Only thing what was oke is the location
Clean motel in great location that has fireplaces and comfortable beds. It has a secluded in-the-forest feel, but very close to downtown Pacific Grove, golf course and that epic coastline. Rooms have plenty of room and extra chairs and all amenities you would need. Reception was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close by room.
My girlfriend and I had a great stay here at the Rosedale Inn. The room was very cozy and had just about everything we needed to feel at ease. The location is great because it’s close to Asilomar Beach and resides in a peaceful area. The jacuzzi bathtub was also a great bonus.
This place is a gem, it’s right next to the beach but surrounded by forest so it feels secluded and peaceful. We were able to easily drive to all the things we wanted to do and I liked that it was located away from the city center. The front desk was very welcoming and our room was great. We stayed here on a roadtrip and this was the best hotel in this price range that we stayed at. The room had a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and little kitchen

A wonderful place to sit and reflect. The crashing waves are always intriguing. There is a path between several benches in the area. A great place to enjoy while on a coastal walk or bike ride.

Staff was friendly. Room had plenty of space and was remarkably quiet. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. Best part was walking to the beach. Pacific Growth is a cute town and close to everything you would want to see or do in the area. We would stay again.
