Rosebud Motel - Motel in Loveland - 660 E Eisenhower Blvd, USA

Management is excellent and does the absolute best with what they are given to work with. The side yard is very beautiful and nice to lay around during the day and visit with others who are also enjoying the nice space to lounge in. The grounds are extremely well kept. Beautiful flowers and lawn always mowed. Rooms are clean no bugs and new floors in some Extremely accommodating to your needs. They are awesome to my dog and just extremely kind people running this motel now. Thank you for all that you've done with this property. It's very obvious that you guys have made a real effort to make this place better then it was and you have done a really nice job in doing so. Chopper and I appreciate you guys!!!

Quite nice rooms clean free wifi friendly good place to spend a relaxing night and they have weekly rates pet friendly.

Given its reputation and proximity to other motels that I would not recommend, I was pleasantly surprised that this location. From the outside it is unassuming and perhaps even run down looking, but the room was surprisingly clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The owners and management are the same as those of the Gateway Motel however, so I can only assume that the same way the Gateway is run is how this place is run I was only a guest there for two nights but in those two nights there were no problems. In fact I had overslept until an hour after checkout and I was not bothered, harassed or even charged extra for having been there late. All in all I experience at the Rosebud Hotel was a good one and is that three-star rated motel it was not the worst that I've stayed at.

The lady stayed up late to let me in so I would have room for the night. I got in the room and it was a very older room with some upgraded features and at least it had a kitchenette. The bed was broken and there were a lot of bad looking people around so I asked for a refund for the rest of the days I had spent for there and the lady accommodated me and apologized for the troubles and said they would work on it. Seems like decent management if anything else.

The lady I'm assuming that owns the place is super sweet and I loved the service that was provided. The rooms are a tad on the lower end but they are still very clean and oddly can I say cute rooms? The price is also a bit high since I could have gotten a cheaper room through a name brand hotel but even that being said I'm still happy I stayed. The room I stayed in had a stove top, full sink, dishes, oven, and decent counter space. I was able to get a hour late check-out with no problems. I would recommend this hotel to others even if it's on the lower end. Kinda don't judge a book by the cover kind of thing.

Touch in the background where it seems one family uses it to their own aqcwastions I've seen alot of death around me here more so then ever in this life and it seems to be gaurded by a higher authority... As I said before the best thing a public servant can do is get OUT INTO PUBLIC AND BECOME ONE WITH THEIR CITY OTHER WISE WE WILL LOSE TO THE THEVES ,, REMEMBER NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN IN A FRESH INVIERMENT ITS NIT SMART AND WATCH NOBODY SNEEK PAST YOU AND WIND UP UNDER YOUR BED HERE OR GATE WAY NOT TRUST WORTHY ....

I came here a few weeks ago in March, and all I have to say is this - To begin with the lady was very nice and had a cute dog! It was a good meet and the office was clean and presentable even had coffee! She was the first person to say "If you need anything let me know. If you have towels that need to be taken to be wash let me know" I want to mention that during my stay I did not catch bed bugs, lice, crabs, whatever you may think of lower side hotels/motels. The sheets, pillows, and counter tops, fridge and bathroom appeared and smelled to be clean. Also towels and toilet paper in stock and the shower curtain even had detail lol it was tucked neatly. In eyes view it was clean and nice. The mini fridge worked and the microwave worked! Which was a plus because I've stayed at other places which did not have a working microwave. My husband would probably add on that the tv was up to date lol. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. This is a good motel to stay at in my opinion and that's that. We are planning on continuing going back again :-)

Good location. Very clean rooms and lots of places within walking distance. Would definitely stay again :)
