Ruby and Peter were absolutely wonderful. They made us feel welcomed and at home. If we go back to New Orleans we will definitely stay at Rose Manor.

The inn maintains impeccable cleanliness, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the property. From well-kept gardens to spotless rooms, Tranquil Haven Inn prioritizes a high standard of cleanliness.

The owners are very sweet and nice. Made my gf and myself feel very at ease and welcomed. They offered insights on where to go and what to do while visiting. The room was clean and very much enjoyed the ac that worked wonders. Walking distance from several places to eat and the water. Pretty nice neighborhood and area. We could sit outside on the patio and didn't really hear a lot of loud and annoying things going on around. We Never really heard loud noises from other guests while there. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Manor. Beautiful room, spacious, quiet and excellent AC, very comfortable bed, we slept well. Delicious breakfast offerings, homemade pastries, fresh fruit, real bagels and real cream cheese, strong coffee, nice outdoors shaded patio. Great location near Lake Pontchartrain. Great restaurants in walking distance, peaceful neighborhood, close to City Park. The nicest owner operators Ruby & Peter. We’ll be back!

The Rose Manor BnB offers comfortable accommodations, great location, and a great value for a New Orleans visit. Close enough to get to and from multiple attractions, and a very short walk to Lake Pontchartrain, multiple restaurants, and a local grocery store for stocking up the small fridge in each room. The Inn offers old world charm, and the rooms have been nicely updated and are comfortable with the necessary amenities. The owners Ruby and Peter are super friendly and helpful, making you feel like you are home. And the prices are very reasonable compared to expensive hotels closer to town. We will definitely stay here next time!

Ruby and Peter are great hosts. The accomodations were superb. Peter suggested some of the lesser known attractions that are free and they were the best times we had. Highly recommend!!|Fine dining within walking.

If you are looking for accommodations in the New Orleans area, I highly recommend Rose Manor Bed & Breakfast inn. It is located in a quiet suburban area a short distance from both the airport and French quarter. Ruby and Pete were very hospitable and personal making us feel right at home. Our flight was delayed and they stayed up to receive us even though it was the middle of the night. Pete also gave us recommendations on places to visit and must-see attractions. The room was comfortable and decorated with beautiful antique furniture and art. All in all we were very pleased with our visit and would stay here again!

Best stay experience I’ve ever had! Rose Manor is in a fantastic, safe and quiet location. The building is absolutely gorgeous and very cozy. Ruby and Paul were wonderful and very accommodating. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I will Absolutely look here first next time I need a room in New Orleans.
