Rose Garden Suites - Motel in Houston - 12420 S Sam Houston Pkwy W, USA

Way over priced! The floor, sink and mirror, and table is nice. But everything else is outdated. Loud ticking noise difficult to sleep. Bed bugs! Tried to turn on the television was violated with XXX content on the screen, tried to change it the next channel was on there as well. I have my daughter with me. Highly disappointed and upset. Sheets are stained. In the morning when the office opens I asked the lady can she give me another room or at least changed my sheets she said no I don’t have any available. But proceeded to give a man a room for three hours that came after me. So in other words they don’t cater to overnight customers only customers here looking to come to the “boom boom room”. The male manager came and said it’s okay I will give you another room just pay $75. I was like thank you I be right back. I guess the lady is is wife or something because when I returned he instantly started talking in rage. He was like “no I don’t need your money I don’t have a room.” I said you just had the room and was fine. I am already delayed for work dealing with this chaos.

The rooms are ok. They don't look too clean and have some weird smell.

This place is terrible I called office to let them know someone is being held hostage and hurt he didn’t care he didn’t even come and check called local police they didn’t search the room I can still hear him crying please someone call police victim’s name Arturo Torres born on 09/12/2003 please help me save him he’s my son and can hear him getting hurt he’s is in room 117 they also move him from room to room so he can’t be found room 117 please help

Quiet and peaceful hotel little duck off spot. Afford prices and rooms are clean without seeing roaches and others critters which a definite plus. If looking for a lil vacation for home this a place to be

In September I stayed at the Rose Gardens Homestay with Rajee and Tomi. These hosts were just wonderful making my stay very unforgettable by welcoming me into their home.|Tomi took the time to share with me his passion of gardening giving me a very early morning tour; what a tour! Munnar in Kerela is a place like no other |The food excellent, the accommodations (mine on the 2nd floor) perfect. They had many good recommendations for me as I was travelling solo. |A must stay of at least 3 days! Unfortunately my schedule did not permit to stay more than one night. ||I will return! ||See you soon Rajee and Tomi|

Such an amazing, interesting and joyful place for everybody. I went there by chance and I felt so different and astonishing.. Lovely garden and soothing fragrance touched my heart and soul. I would say mind blowing...

Very nice and quite. Very clean. Comes with a dvd player small radio micowave and mini fridge. Big soft bed and spacious rooms. Grounds are well kept. Will come again
