Rose & Crown Pub - Bar in Omaha - 515 S 20th St, USA

This place is ok, a bit seedy if you ask me, it has been around for many years. They don't serve food, just alcohol What attracted me to the place was the "PUB" sign the bartender was great really no complaints there however what I didn't like was extremely rude workers (and I mean party crasher type) of the pub coming in for shots, toasting and cheering in the day? Really? To be clear, I was there in the day time and? Well in the daytime I like a place where I can think and reflect without riff raff. Anyway after seeing these "party crasher" type folks roll in. i agreed with previous comment, do not and i mean do not for any reason leave drink unattended while here. Also read the stuff about "E" from a previous review, not too pleased with that. Saw the stairs that lead to the downstairs bathroom but didn't bother. "E" ended up making an "appearance" before I left (nice to see who people are complaining about) I had other stuff to do anyway being that after reading previous review/concern about "E" I wasn't sticking around for casual conversation. Nothing too great about the place. The patio is ok it isn't great though. Probably won't be back. Thanks for reading.

I like dives, I don't mind drugs or seedy people, but you've got to be able to use a restroom, but when you're told not to go downstairs (because something shady was going on down there) and you're willing to look past the dude using the urinal to use the upstairs bathroom, but you can't because some girls have locked themselves in doing drugs, it's a problem. You need to be able to use a bathroom at the pub. Nice patio though.

Nice spot to chill. Good friends feel like family soon. Patio out back is the best in town. Multiple bartenders and choices. Not a fancy drink spot. Beers, shots, and pre bottled wines

It may not always be your idealistic social experience, but if you sit it out, you'll discover this is the best managed, secret of all of Omaha's most creative and talented people who reside in the 402... I'd tell you all to go there but then I wouldn't have the beautiful experience of of quality over quantity overquantity such as I did tonight after having nothing but ridiculousness waiting for my patronage in the old market.... Used to love coming here for the people. It was literally like Cheers but they recently either hired this guy or this guy seems to think he works there who harrases me everytime I'm there. He goes by "E" which I can only think stands for Elephant because he's pile of lard who likes to use his size to intimidate people and he seems to target women most of all. His girlfriend also seems to have a fun time cornering people and trying to act like she's their therapist. It's just got anxiety written all over it anymore

One of Omaha's most established dives. A favorite beer garden, weather permitted. Cheap drinks, interesting bathroom graffiti, and an eclectic cast of patrons. What more could you want?

Great local dive bar! Perfect place to get weird and meet interesting locals. Terrific, private outdoor smoking patio. If you don't go home with a good story, you can only blame yourself.

A rough and tumble dive with the most delicious cuban restaurant you will find outside of florida. I cried when I bit down into that sandwich tears rolling down my face as I reminisced of the sandy beaches through that absolutely delicious pork. A backporch thats got great trees growing through the floorboards and it looks like fairies have taken place amoungst the homey graffiti.
