This place was amazing during the holidays, the ice skating was really fun. My wife and I had a great time we haven't skated in over 20 years, but a great environment downtown Grand Rapids is really cool. we need this in Kalamazoo. The $4 per person fee includes skates if you don't have them. You have to make reservations to guarantee your spot, but if you don't, you can show up in person the first 20 people get in.
Plan ahead few days ahead and reserve online. The line to wait for the ice time is long and should start sooner ahead. People skating were all nice and congenial. Great spot for pictures. I wish the rink was 3 x's the size. Mini figure skating shows could be put on by local clubs.
So beautiful to visit during the winter for ice skating and simply enjoying the festive lights, decor, and warm atmosphere of the city
Wasn't a lot going on in the park. Pretty nice statue of Rosa Parks! There was a hammerr stuck in a tree! 💚💯💯
We came downtown for festival of the arts this year. Rosa parks circle always has some really great performances and events going on. We got to see my mother in law sing on stage! It is in the heart of downtown and close to alot of stores and restaurants. Plenty of seating. There are also public restrooms behind the stage and a water pond area with misters so you can cook off on a hot day
Had a great time ice skating with my daughters. Was busy on Saturday but nice and quiet on Thursday morning! Rink hadn't been cleared of snow at 11 am Thursday morning but it was nice to have more space.
Grand Rapids is a cool city except for their insane lack and cost of parking seemingly everywhere you go. Want to stop at 1 business you gotta pay to park or get a ticket. We got a ticket and the funny thing is we paid to park. The time stamp was long before we got there. Tried to complain but got no help whatsoever. Love the businesses there but the city itself.. smh.. also the very very large amount of homeless people that are everywhere you go, while the "hipsters" move along seemingly ignorant of this issue is very sad imo. Honestly after visiting I have a love/ hate opinion of GR.
Awesome place for countless events/venues. Pictures are from Art Prize

Such a nice park. We have done kite flying, picnic lunch, there are different play levels in the playground for all ages. Benches to sit, restrooms, and a covered pavilion. Very clean.
All staff that I've encountered are friendly and very knowledgeable. The new pygmy Hippo exhibit was amazing! The woman working there was such a joy to talk to and so knowledgeable. Thank you. I love that the zoo is improving so many of the habitats
This is such a nice park. Wide open spaces, beautiful view of the river, and a fun little playground for kids. Easy access and parking. Great for a walk any time of day. Best in fall with the beautiful changing of leaves.
Clean and easy trail to walk. Boardwalk throughout the park. Great place to bring dog or kids. Iâve seen my fair share of deer wandering through here
What to the breakaway festival at this venue. This venue had a beautiful view of the sunset. I had an amazing grassy Hill to sit on. You could overlook the entire festival it was beautiful. There's also a big area down below where you can dance, danc
There is a killer walking/running track located inside the fence. Black surface and meter markings make relay practice easy. Quiet neighborhood with shade trees outside of the fence. Steep hillside for climbing borders the curves of the track.
Came here for a friendâs birthday and loved it! Super cute spot, kind and helpful staff, delicious drinks! Highly recommend for a happy hour and chill night out!

Super cute store! They embroider all their clothes in house and theyâre pretty inexpensive considering some of the prices other boutiques have. I got two sweatshirts for well under a hundred dollars! I love their cute funny designs and their employ
Nudged between a bar and salon on a quiet NorthEast street in Grand Rapids, Post Off brings a sort of welcoming and familiarity to a rather mundane part of town.
