I absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious! The service was great! Very friendly and fun atmosphere. The drinks are so good! Not a long wait time for food. If you are debating this place , just go !! 10/10 recommend!!
I was on holiday from the UK and I asked if we could eat Mexican food one day while I was there. We visited Rosa Mexicano and I can honestly say it was the most wonderful experience. The service and quality of food was exemplary. It is a bit of a long way to come back, but I most definitely will, the next time I am visiting. I also adored the frozen margaritas. Thank you for such a memorable time.
I am a Mexican food snob from the Southwest. This place was great. The tortillas were really good though not quite sure they aren't buying chips instead of making their own. The guac was perfect and variety of margaritas nice .. spicy means SPICY. Brisket was delicious and tender. They advertise a cauliflower tortilla that they didn't have which was really really disappointing. There are so many keto options for tortillas I was sad they were out.
I had planned to go somewhere but the website said opens at 2,they do not serve food until 4,very misleading Lillies. I saw the sign for Rosa, decided to try it. Was in the mood for a hamburger the price was reasonable WOW so happy I did. Greeted warmly, seated in a quiet spot. Terrific server, brought out sala, chips, immediately. That hamburger I was in the mood for was delicious. Great dressing, just the right amount of heat. The Cucumber mint mocktail was very excellent. I will absolutely come back here.
Rosa's used to be much better - and I mean years ago. We used to go to the one on Second Ave for special events. Alas, much has changed. It feels very "chain like" now rather than the authentic feel of before. Menu items are now main stream, and have retained only a bit of the prior authentic Mexican taste. This review is for the Union Square location. Service was excellent, although the bar orders took way way too long to arrive. It was not busy. Food was quick and the waiter solicitous. The table salsa was really good and so was the tableside guacamole with bacon. Safety tip, medium spicy at Rosa's is the hot from other places. I had the birria tacos. Very greasy. The corn tortilla was soaked with oil even without the sauce. Flavor was OK. I also had a michelada. It was just OK. Definitely have had better. Pomegranate margarita - once their signature - is still pretty good. The other item we had was the shrimp tempura tacos. They were good, not great. The presentation of everything was very nice. To be fair, I'll keep going back now and then, maybe out of nostaglia, but it is no longer the best Mexican food around.
Acceptable restaurant. Nothing special. We had nice food, reasonable price service was met. There was nothing that stood out or anything. It kind of felt almost like a chain. Very large restaurant without any personalisation. Very loud as well and difficult to have a conversation with the table of six
Was a bit busy during lunch. Chips and salsa is complimentary. I had the chopped cheese alambre taco, tortilla soup and spicy chicken taco. Food was delicious. Had a pomegranite margarita which was tasty and did the job. Service was a bit slow even though we were at the bar. All in all a nice vibe.
Good food, fun atmosphere, friendly service. My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday, and the host graciously let us move over to a booth once one opened up even after we were seated. We ordered a pomegranate margarita, regular margarita, Italian Coke, and a sparkling water. Margaritas were strong and not too sweet, just the way I like it. We ordered the guacamole for an appetizer, which never disappoints. For food, we ordered the enchiladas, fish tacos, and -I know this is going to sound like sacrilege- the cheeseburger with fries. Everything was delicious. This place has been one of our go-to restaurants for brunch, lunch and dinner for almost a decade. Even though it seems to have changed in quality and style under new management, we still enjoyed ourselves. Pro-tip: the tacos do not come with a side, so I would recommend ordering either rice or some veggies to complement any taco dishes. All in all, I recommend coming to this casual and fun Mexican restaurant for celebratory events or a casual meal with friends. Enjoy!
Looking for a quick cozy and yummy lunch break spot to go to!? Check out La chilaqueria! They have the most amazing chilaquiles in NY which come in either (verde) or (rojos).. they also have burritos & tortas with Chilaquiles inside of them! A MUST T
A lovely find in the heart of Tribeca. Authentic Mexican food with a modern touch, we loved the food the atmosphere and the super friendly staff of this place. The birria dish with warm tacos and crab cakes were our favorites from what weâve tried.
First the cons- the place is small. Maybe 5 tables, a few bar seats, it feels cozy but you may have to wait for a seat if it's a busy hour. Pros- Everything. Went for brunch with a friend after watching a movie across the street at Essex Cinemas.
Generous portions, great tasting grilled chicken burrito, ingredients seemed very fresh and high quality. Tacos equally good, as was the salsa. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!
We sat outside and had such friendly service. We ordered the fried shrimp, elote, burrito and enchiladas. Everything was hot and delicious!! Classic Mexican options at a fair price (for the UES)
Very nice place. Drinks were very good. We got the sangria. Food was awesome and full of flavor. We got elote, barria dumplings, crab dip and the salmon tostadas. Everything was super good. The dumplings could have a been a little warmer.. but we did
Amazing verde shrimp enchiladas with guacamole and chips, fresh and deliciously flavorful!! Good spot for a chill sit-in with friends or a quick dinner grab in the city, a must to try!

There is not strong enough praise available for the experience my family and I had at this restaurant. The waitstaff/service was immaculate! They were literal sweethearts and so patient with us being in full bumbling tourist mode. They were so atten
Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!
I look forward to my body rolling and foot fitness sessions with Melyssa! Her immense knowledge and intuition guide the sessions in a great way. This work is supportive for the long haul; brings awareness, strength and greater mobility. It's become a
One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly
