Great burger, hot dog and Italian beef restaurant in our back yard. Great place to go grab a quick bite to bring home or dine in. Food is always good and fast. Staff is always attentive and quick to fill your order. Those guys can move. Good prices on the menu
I called to place an order and the girl answering the phones is horrible! She can’t take an order she kept repeating it back incorrectly. And has absolutely no customer service skills! Upon answering the phone she said to me “give me a sec” Their food used to be awesome now it’s. awful the onion rings were so greasy we couldn’t eat them even after pressing them between napkins, they were still so greasy that it turns into a paste and coats your whole mouth. Gyros are dry and hard.. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants.
Have driven past this place for years and finally decided to stop. Service was quick, food was delicious. Will definitely be eating there more often
Tried this place out for lunch and was very satisfied. Miguel and the staff were very friendly. Place was super clean and the food was great. Prices are great for the portion sizes. Will definitely be back this weekend
My family LOVES the Roost. Never ever had a bad meal. Something for everyone. It's also not often you can order a fresh salad at a restaurant like this. I recommend this restaurant to everyone! -Very accommodating for catering service also. The school I work at uses the Roost for "Staff Appreciation" every year. They are so good to us. One last thing, don't sleep in the Roost pork. It's like nothing you've ever had before. Absolutely delicious.
The ultimate compliment came from my wife regarding the fried chicken when she compared it to a place called Mama Rita's in Lake Charles Louisiana. If I could make a simple suggestion, don't put the hot chicken in Styrofoam containers. It melted on a piece of chicken....... they do fry it to order, which is absolutely worth waiting for.
Great Chicago dog spot. Nice friendly staff that handled my order safely. Fresh hot fries in clean oil. Well balanced Chicago dog made with a Red Hot Chicago dog. The place was pretty busy but our order came up quick. The Italian pork sandwich is amazing. Truly unique.
This restaurant is a gem. As someone who has been raised around the Chicagoland area, this place has the best hotdogs I've ever had. The cheese fries are phenomenal, better than Portillos. The shakes are amazing. When someone visits from out of town, I always bring them to Roost 59 for Chicago staples(especially on Sundays when they do their hot dog special). The atmosphere is perfect. Maybe even the best in the around as far as hot dogs and beef go. Did I mention that the employees are very pleasant and the wait is always minimal? I highly highly reccomend giving this place a try when you're in the area. They deserve all the business they get.
My first stop at this brewery. I was hoping to find a couple Oktoberfest beers on tap. To my excitement, they had FIVE!! I tried three there, and got crowlers of the other two to take home.

Always looking for new places and supporting local establishments. It's a small breakfast menu but the food did not disappoint. We had a rib eye and eggs, a filet and eggs, and my daughter had eggs and ham and ordered French toast on the side.
Went here for the first time a few weeks ago the staff and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I decided to go back to eat a few days later with my family all the food was great and we are quite picky!! This will definitely be one of our new go

Finally found the most authentic Mexican food in Lake Villa! My go to dish is the pico de gallo talapia ð The tacos are sooo tasty too! And the biscuits and gravy are excellent! The margarita on the rocks ð super tasty! Love this place! Perfect
The food was so good! I wish we could eat here every day but we were only in town for a couple of days! The Philly cheese steak was so delicious and they made it really fast too!
