Fridge isn't cold and has bugs in it. TV doesn't work. Few stains on sheets. Many stains on shower curtain. Tub doesn't drain. The front desk is polite, and they have free breakfast. Good central location. Bed is pretty comfortable, and the sheets are soft. Not the worst for a night's rest, but not the best either.

Good place . Lady on front desk and her husband work here together, they are very kind and nice people . Place is clean , breakfast is very good .

Rooms are clean. Includes all the amenities anybody needs. Excellent value. The breakfast chef, I believe his name is Dustin, is awesome.

Please see edit! The Roosevelt Hotel is a great value for the rate. The overall hotel in general is clean and quiet and feels safe.The rooms are a decent size and nicely appointed. The bed is more comfortable than most with a lightweight down comforter. A hot breakfast is included with the rate and available from 6am until 10am.. The only thing I would change if I could would be to make snacks and beverages available even it was just by adding a couple vending machines.. Oh n the staff are very friendly and accommodating.. I would definitely recommend to friend and family as well as stay here again myself.. -EDIT June'24- That was prior to the management and staff abruptly changing at start of june'24. Amrit and Jasleen were the absolute best! They were genuine and sincere and so very welcoming. Honestly their commitment to hospitality really made up for any shortcomings with the hotel itself.. But then one day they were just gone and had been replaced by a entirely new staff and management team. A whole new crew of people that despite being at least 4 ×'s as many people. Still seemingly incapable of providing even the most basic customer service let alone reach the extremely high level of service that Amrit and Jasleen managed to provide 24/7 with just the two of them.. Since the change over there's no division between the staff and guests. So I was told that Amrit was a bad boss hence the hasty replacement.. That may have been the case but maybe that was because he expected the same level of quality from employees as he did from himself.. I mean the difference is night and day.. The new management permits the night auditor to bring her two very rambunctious dogs to work and leave them in courtyard area to bark loudly and constantly all night long.. They would also run at and jump up on and all over any guests who crossed paths with them. I love dogs and I love dog love! This wasn't that... To top it off she would bring the dogs into and through the dining area during breakfast service. A definite health code no-no, I am sure. As well as just a common courtesy no-no... The staff would engage in loud fowl mouthed conversations about inappropriate for work personal issues. This type of behavior also carried over to their interactions with guests.. At one point I asked for some of the packaged coffee to make in room (since the pot in lobby was perpetually empty since the staff change). The lady at front desk responded with " F**k no you can't! Obviously she wasn't being serious but considering that was our first interaction it was extremely inappropriate and off putting..To the owners, I really hope you didn't let Amrit go entirely and that you just moved him and Jasleen to another property in need of a extreme overhaul.. Because that man was as committed to your hotel as a man could be. There is one person that's the exception as far as the low quality of current staff. That is Heaven.. she was also very kind and provided good customer service... But obviously she can only be as good as the team she's stuck with..

My family & I travel for work, so we stayed here for about 1.5 weeks. It has been one of the best stays! It is conveniently located in town, so everything is nearby. Amrit & Jasleen are very nice and have been really helpful to us. Housekeeping wouldn't bother us, which is nice, because we don't like to be bothered. Lol but if we needed anything we could just ask the front desk and they would get it for us, no hesitation or issues. Cheap booking for what we got; Decent sized room, big TV, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, shower got hot, WiFi stayed connected. They also had a microwave and mini fridge which was a great addition to the room. Washer & Dryer worked very well and was pretty cheap too; $2 wash, $1 to dry. It has been such a pleasant experience! Next time we are in town, we are definitely booking here again. Thanks for having us. :)

Thank you Justin for delicious breakfasts, Would definitely stay here again, just had a hard time with getting housekeeping services after requesting repeatedly. Overall good experience.

Rooms are decent need a little updating few water stains on the ceiling but everything else seems fairly clean They got rid of the night manager that was horrible with the dogs and stirred doing a hot breakfast to order which is very excellent Justin does a great job with the breakfast and anything else you need help with he's is very friendly

This is honestly the worst hotel ever! After moving rooms 3 times due to plumbing problems and blood stained sheets and personal belongings being left in the drawers etc, we finally stayed the night. There was blood on the carpet and an awful smell in all the rooms. The heaters also stunk like they were burning. We woke up very early and went for breakfast. The waffle iron was not working, there was no bread etc...no eggs, only one carton of milk and the dining area was dirty. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but due to the terrible conditions we had to find somewhere else to stay. We spoke to the front desk and they completely understood and were embarrassed by the state of the hotel. I asked for a refund and I was told that I would have to call Monday morning. I have tried no less than 15 times to call and no one answers. My friend who was traveling with me finally got a hold of them and she was told we had to go through the booking agency for a refund. Expedia could not get in touch with them either. So as of now we have had no refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is disgusting! The pictures are very misleading.
