Unfortunately we cannot share a very good experience. We had very little water pressure and no hot water when we first checked in, although they did have maintenance staff on hand pretty quickly to resolve this issue. The front desk staff were not very attentive throughout our stay, as we repeatedly had issues with key cards not working during our 4 night stay. During multiple night stays there is no housekeeping at all, not even to empty garbage and it’s up to you to ask for more towels. After our 3rd night our toilet plugged up in the morning and it took almost 2 hours for someone to come and resolve it, we were on a timeline to be somewhere that morning, thankfully we had others in our group with rooms there so we could use their bathroom while waiting. Not 1 apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgment of anything from the front desk staff at all or offer of anything to make our experience better. Customer service was not even in the vocabulary of this staff during our stay, the only exception was the older lady that checked us in when we first arrived and maintenance man, the young girl that was at the front desk during most of our stay had zero customer services skills and treated us as though we were inconveniencing her. The breakfast was horrible, nothing was fresh and most likely reheated from previous days. The hot tub was probably one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen, a serious health inspection needs to be done there! Speaking of inspections, the elevator made horrendous noises and was very concerning every time we got in it. Yes this hotel was dated and rooms were pretty clean upon arrival, but everything was downhill from there. I do not recommend, there numerous other hotels in a very close vicinity.

This hotel was once a very nice and tastefully appointed hotel. It is now showing its age. The bathroom caulking showed signs of mold behind it. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms any longer. Everything worked fine.|The complementary breakfast was exceptionally good with eggs, sausage, diced potatoes, and a variety of juices. |The staff was very busy but friendly.

Put simply, the place is dated, and the room and hotel design clearly date back two decades. The swimming pool area is not ADA-friendly, and my mother slipped and fell into the hot tub because of the extreme step gradient and easy entry point. The staff was nice, and the rooms were relatively clean, but unfortunately, this is the type of place I would only stay for a night if needed and then move on to a better, up-to-date hotel option.

Stayed from Wednesday night - Sunday morning. Suites were clean enough. Pillows were less than great. Didn’t have any bedding for the pull out couch, and the bed only had one thin blanket. Some of our group had lots of issues; toilets not flushing, no water pressure, no hot water. They didn’t come do any house keeping (even though we requested it since we were staying for a few days, just the basics were what we wanted, towels, garbages) Pool was cold and the hot tub definitely needed to be cleaned (scummy on the top) Some of our group stayed on the other side of the hotel (not in a suite) and the hallways down there were smoky, not the best smelling and almost like a dungeon. A few times our group had their cards deactivate and each time the front desk staff seemed to have some attitude about the cards being near phones and rudely asking when we were checking out We were there for a family wedding but most definitely will be staying somewhere else next time we go visit.

The facility was beautifully decorated. Very spacious rooms...big! Comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious breakfast in the dining room area. The pool area looked wonderful, but we didn't have time to enjoy it. I would definitely Stay here again!

Fine for a night. Pros: an indoor pool on site, quiet rooms, every thing in the room functioned, had a pack n play on site. Cons: not exactly clean. The most confusing building to try and navigate. The pool is deep (fine for some people, tough for kids) breakfast ends exactly at 9 am( not disclosed during checkin) and the air conditioner was loud. As I was packing this morning I noticed a bunch of sunflower seeds on the floor housekeeping had missed… speaking of housekeeping, they tried to open our door at 8:15 this morning. No knock, no announcing who they were, just swiping their key card trying to open the door. Would not stay again.

We were heading to Medora but the hotels there are quite expensive and small from what we’ve heard. We got a King suite , which was quite large. Super quiet and maybe it was because we stayed Labor Day week but spent less than $400 for three days. The furnishings, while dated were in excellent shape. Location is right off the freeway near food and gas. Half an hour to Medora, which was beautiful in the morning and gave us the opportunity to stop at the park visitor center both mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

1. The front desk clerk canceled my reservation after I called to ask why the dog fee wasn’t on my confirmation. NOW I KNOW WHY! 2. My hotel room hadn’t been dusted for days. The night manager had to come and dust my headboards, corner floors and take down the cobweb in the corner. 3. Door 3’s lock was broken. Any random person could walk in off the street. I didn’t feel safe as a woman, especially with those men sitting in their work trucks watching me go in. Thank goodness I had my dog. 4. They taxed the effing dog fee! No other hotel in the 40 states we’ve been to has ever taxed the dog fee. 5. You have carpet in your hotel that has decades worth of dirt and you should replace it! You won’t have to worry about me, my family or friends staying at your disgusting hotel. This hotel is trash!

Our family of 6 stayed in the suite room. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Lots of room to spread out. The rate was very decent. Cheaper to book with them directly than Expedia. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety.
